In what was a very difficult time, the team at Austin's helped and supported us at every step. On the day the team were outstanding, compassionate, professional and made it very personal.
Sharon who works in the office was excellent she handled everything with respect and was very helpful at a time when you need it most. She helped with all our requests and nothing was too much trouble. Sharon helped with flowers which were fantastic and the orders of service which where just as we wanted them Lee and his team looked after us on the day and they handled everything respectfully and was so helpful on the day not rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the team at Austins.
Empathetic and totally professional, have used Austin's before so excellent service was no suprise, cannot fault them on anything from first contact until funeral itself. Highly recommended.
Staff were extremely helpful and guided me through everything I needed to do step by step, Claire was particularly helpful and kept me informed of everything that was happening and what I needed to do. The celebrant who performed the service was very good and did an excellent job.

The kindness and understanding of the staff was excellent, Jackie took away the need to think what was needed by her gentle questions and making sure she gave me options. On the day Gary was there for me, he was very respectful, walked me in and ensured I was all right. He made sure everything sent smoothly.

Our family found Austin’s to be an exceptional, thoughtful and respectful company to use in this most challenging time for all of us. From the first phone call to the follow up after the service, they were everything we needed and more. Their recommendation to use Ruth as our celebrant was also well received as she again exceeded our expectations.

Hayley, then Lee on the day were excellent and very supportive. The only drawback was the delay waiting for the Committal at Harwood Park due to the previous ceremony overrunning by I think 20/25 minutes.
The staff are a credit to the company. From Hayley in the office, who dealt with everything for us in a friendly, caring and professional manner, to Simon and his drivers who couldn't have done more than they did to make it go smoothly. Thank you so much and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jane, Jackie, and Lee for the outstanding service and care they provided for my mum and our family over the past month. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism were evident in everything they did. My mum’s funeral was everything I had hoped for—a truly beautiful and fitting goodbye. I felt so well looked after throughout, and their support and attention to detail brought so much comfort during such a difficult time. They were incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us. Communication was excellent, which really helped us feel reassured every step of the way. Austin's is a service I trust completely and would highly recommend to anyone. They were simply amazing.

Austins funeral service made us feel at ease throughout the whole process for my husbands funeral. Myself and my daughters were always reassured that we understood the process which we didn’t know much about. Suzannah was amazing and was always there to help me with any questions At the chapel of rest the staff were so caring and respected why we were there and most especially Chelsea who we saw a lot who was so kind to us and comforted us on many occasions. And finally on the actual funeral day, all went to plan. We would like to especially mention Simon, from my call from him the night before the funeral until we were dropped off at the wake he totally looked after myself and my immediate family. He kept us totally informed, giving us guidance when needed and in an extremely caring way. Simon most definitely gave us the reassurance that my dear husband would be given the perfect send off. Harwood Park is a beautiful place, and again the staff helpful too. We know in time we will find it a peaceful place to visit our loved one. Thank you to everyone who has dealings with my husbands funeral.
Thank you for the way you managed my late father's funeral. The service and attention beforehand was very supportive and flexible and made that process easier. On the day, the team were great from the courtesy call beforehand to the considered way they carried out their duties.
