Lisa made a very difficult experience run very smoothly. Her care and empathy helped us to make decisions, when we were still processing the death of our mother. She never made us feel pressurized and helped source providers, when Austin's were not available.
When organising a loved ones funeral, you need help and support and that is exactly what Kerry gave us. From the first appointment with her, right through to the day of my dad’s funeral, she was there for us. Austin’s / Kerry are professional in all aspects of the service and would recommend them.

The overall service on the day and the chapel of rest was excellent. Dealing with the office could do with some improvement. The invoice total cost presented on the initial meeting was out by c£500 due to an addition error. So when I got final bill after some further additions I was taken aback on why there was such a difference and had to check it thoroughly as I wasn’t expecting that figure. The person had incorrectly switched 2 figures creating the incorrect amount. Also the minister had agreed with us what verses of a hymn would be included but on checking the Order of Service sone were missing.

I cannot recommend Austins highly enough. We have had a very traumatic family experience and Sharon in Hertford has made it as easy as she possibly could have. Her empathy has been off the scale. Everything was explained very clearly Sharon has always been on call for us for any questions. I would 100% recommend to anyone.
