The staff were there for help and advice etc… This was always handled with care and compassion at a difficult time. A nice balance between support and not being intrusive.
Nobody ever prepares you for the loss of your dad. As a daddy's girl, I've been finding it really hard. Austins have been amazing from the moment we walked into that 1st meeting right through to dad's service yesterday. we were treated with nothing but kindness and sincere compassion. I feel lighter today because of his service yesterday, and austins played a huge part in that! I am truly so very grateful for their care and attention to detail.
