Having used Austin's services previously I didn't hesitate to return again for my Father's funeral. They could not have been more caring, respectful or professional. The whole process was perfectly managed by them, every detail was considered, taking a lot of the pressure off myself. They also suggested a wonderful Celebrant, Claire Sage, to take the service, who captured the memories of my Father perfectly. A special thanks to Kerry Hall and Gary Taylor who treated me in such a kind and compassionate way at one of the toughest times in life. I couldn't recommend Austins and the staff more highly.

I'd certainly recommend Austin's. All aspects of the service provided were excellent and we were very happy with the funeral. A difficult experience was made a little easier by the seamless support from Austin's and the fact that everything went without a hitch on the day.

The staff were very caring at an obvious difficult time for the family. They all were very professional but took the time to explain everything in a caring way. It was good to know that our mother was in good hands.

From start to finish, Austins provided a seamless and sensitive journey for my Mum who passed away unexpectedly. Every step of the journey was met with dignity, care and respect. I was looked after by Susannah in the offices who I cannot praise enough, she talked me through all the options, explained the processes, provided all the necessary information and was available to help and guide. I felt completely reassured with her helping me. The night before the ceremony Gary called me and assured me that he was there to answer any questions I might have, as well as meeting me on the morning of the service to place items in with Mum. Austins truly live up to their name as a family funeral director; despite being a large company it felt like a bespoke and deeply personal service throughout the entire process. If you are looking to get a plan in place, or perhaps are, like me, being faced with a sudden and devastating loss, I cannot recommend Austins highly enough. Austins made me feel like our service was the only one, despite being a very busy organisation (and understandably so with the fantastic reputation they have in the local area). 100% faultless. I found Austin's Funeral Services exceptional. From the initial contact to the cremation, and after care was conducted in a caring sympathetic way. Members of staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and understanding as to the grief of those concerned. Those who attended the service for my wife Margaret were impressed by the way it was conducted by the Reverent Nichola Martin Davies. A Video Tribute to my wife included in the service was a lovely way to show my family and friends who attended a glimpse of Margaret's life. Well done everybody at Austin's for your dedication.

Caring and considerate. It was not an easy time for me or my sister but Austin's took care of everything for us which was so welcome. Sharon was really good and the arrangements were as we'd requested. Gary and his team were great on the day - there but never in the way. Thank you all again for yur support.

We received excellent service once again from Austins. From both Julie and Veronica in the arrangements and then from Lee and his colleagues on the day. Caring, compassionate and nothing too much trouble.

From the first call after Mum had died, to the final task of driving us to the wake, the team of staff at Austin's were outstanding in their professionalism, care, respect, compassion and understanding. This was in terms of their approach to our grieving family, their respect to Mum whilst in their care, through the process of arranging the funeral and the funeral itself. We cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us so that we gave Mum the special, personalised Celebration of her Life that we all wanted for her.

The professionalism, care and support provided by Austins was exemplary. From the dignity and respect of moving my husband into their care, the patience and kindness of Hayley when organising his funeral, to the day of the funeral when Martin and his team supported us. The Celebrant, Claire Sage, was outstanding, great listening and communications skills with loads of empathy to support us so beautifully through the day. I cannot recommend Austins and Claire highly enough.

Austins were excellent an all aspects of the service they provide. The chapel of rest prior to the burial, was a real bonus, so we could see our dear departed (in her coffin), whenever we wished. Thanks Sharon, Lee are everyne else who helped.

During such an emotional time Austin’s respected our wishes and assisted us with the funeral. Austin’s responded to each email quickly and provided a fantastic high quality service. The ladies in the office also made time to talk when taking personal items. The funeral director Lee, made contact prior to the funeral to ensure the route was correct. The day was smooth and all the staff were respectful. Austin’s provided an amazing service and I would highly recommend them.

Everyone was very professional and all went very well. Amanda guided us through all the aspects of the funeral. Can't thank everyone enough.
