We returned to Austins as they held a lovely service for our stepmother in 2021 and we wanted to say goodbye to our father in the same place. Julie in the Ware office was lovely, sympathetic and very helpful. The phone call from Neil the night before the service to confirm the arrangements set our minds at ease, and the whole service was handled with ease and compassion.

Austin’s were very kind and professional a special shout-out to Tina at the Hoddesdon branch who went above and beyond on the devasting loss of my husband. I now wouldn’t use anyone else ❤️

Hayley guided us through the process diligently and smoothly. Always welcoming when we had a question, request, change of plan etc. Gary the conductor was gently masterful at my mother's final farewell, guiding us and showing the upmost care. The whole process was faultless.

All the staff involved from initial contact, planning of funeral to the staff on the day of the funeral were very considerate, helpful and put myself at ease.

Kelly and the team at Austin's (Welwyn Village branch) made the arranging of my mother's funeral so easy and stress free. Every request was happily accommodated and the funeral itself was exactly how we wanted it. I would absolutely recommend Austin's to others- an exemplar funeral directors.

Neal was lovely on the day not hurrying us, and putting us at ease. The seagrass coffin and flowers were exactly what we wanted, and a nice alternative to a traditional one. My mum took out a policy with Austin's to ensure she got the cremation she wanted. From the first meeting Austin's went out of their way to facilitate my mums wishes and assist us with every aspect.
