A lovely and personal service. Hayley and Caroline were fantastic. Our difficult and emotional circumstances were managed in a very professional, informative and caring way. From the first person I meet they treated me as part of their extended family, answered all question even if at first the person did not know the answer they found out and got back to me. On the day everybody was there to do a job but also always happy to help and support where needed. A great company.

Hayley was so helpful right from the start . I cannot fault anything at all apart from the fact I didn’t realise I had to pay a deposit before the funeral . There was not a problem but i wish I had known this so I could have organised the payment . Mum looked lovely . I think Austin’s were very helpful in every respect .
