Great service from start to finish

From start to finish everyone I met was kind, respectful and incredibly helpful. Any problems or worries were dealt with immediately and professionally. I cannot praise Austins staff enough for their support, compassion and care to us all.

Very caring and compassionate service

I think asking for a review of a funeral service is in very poor taste.

The organisation of the funeral of my husband Dennis Spruce was excellent, very caring and thoughtful. We were very pleased with everything and thought the humanist celebrant, Rosy Holt, was lovely. The roses we chose for the flowers were beautiful. People who came said how much they enjoyed the service. So thank you Austin’s for giving Dennis a great send off.

A very professional and caring service was provided by everyone. From initial contact on the sad evening of my husband's passing, to making sure that all the beautiful wreaths and flowers were carefully sent on to our home address after the funeral, we were so impressed by all staff involved. The family are also very grateful for the suggestion of a wonderful Humanist celebrant to conduct the service so perfectly, helping us with making all the appropriate choices, and the caring way that the crematorium staff helped us all on the day of the funeral, making a difficult day go very smoothly.
