We have had nothing but great experiences with Acuity. Rates are very fair and service is excellent, I tell everyone what a great insurance company Acuity is. When it comes time for a claim they are there, and don't try to low ball you . You get a fair settlement, and promptly.

I have not had to file a claim, but their information and renewal is always easy. One thing I wish they would do is put the coverage amounts and deductibles on the insurance card. Often when you rent a car or get a loaner from a repair facility, the want to see your card and verify the coverage, so they have to phone the company to get it. Extra time and not sure it can happen on weekends or 24/7

The cookie cutter approach relies to heavily on numbers & statistics & lacks taking in to account 'the person'. Examples include having both knees replaced & the 'fact' that moving the vehicle out of the garage 20' is counted as 'trip', etc.

We have had Acuity Home and Car insurance for 11 years. We have been satisfied with the local sales rep. and support staff. Fortunately we have only had one claim on our Home Owners plan. We feel we have been very fortunate.

We just renewed with Acuity for the first time. We haven't had a claim with them but the audit process was completed on-site and was very easy. Rick was efficient and it only took about one hour. Anytime we have had interactions with Acuity the team has been pleasant to deal with and we always get what we need. Their pricing is also competitive. We would highly recommend!

Despite the fact all my insurance, auto and homeowners etc is with them for years, they failed to pay a claim where our 9 pound dog was badly injured when a deadbeat neighbor who also has this lowlife company neglected to fix their broken wooden fence, for which they had prior knowledge, so that our tiny dog was able to try to squeeze into their yard due to their dogs barking and the broken fence. Our dog got stuck in the broken fence slats requiring 3 hospital nights plus $1800 bills. Acuity REFUSED to pay. Blamed it on my wife who dropped the leash when the dog ran to the fence. I couldn’t believe it. I sued. I’m a lawyer and was determined to make this insurance company pay their lawyers to defend the case to make them pay the price for being so grossly incompetent. I’ve never enjoyed jacking around their pompous lawyer more and I assure you after 2 years of litigation they spent well in excess of $10,000.00 in attorney fees. Possibly much more than that. They ended up paying a settlement which I accepted ONLY because I was retiring. They could have done the right thing from the start but their adjuster decided to dig in his heels and not pay. In the end... ACUITY paid big bucks foolishly.

I have been with this company for two years now. The agent I work with has been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I like the fact that home and auto is combined. They offer a lot of additional coverage but don’t force it on me.

We have used acuity for a few years now. We have never made a claim and always pay our whole premium for the year. And every year we have to have an audit, why? Acuity never seems to be able to give us an answer. Next year we are going with some one else.

We have only had one instance of having to use the Workers Comp and it was a very easy process and a lot of communication on what needed to happen.

We had to file a claim with Acuity after we were involved in an automobile accident. The customer service provided by Acuity was outstanding. What could have been such a stressful situation was made so much easier by our dedicated claims representative. She took care of everything so efficiently. We would HIGHLY recommend Acuity Insurance!!

Would of been a 5 Star review but I was not happy with the way Acuity handled the Covid credit. Two different ways of issuing credit depending on the policy renewal date.
