Our field adjuster (Richard Ware) and our desk adjuster (Andrew Barron) were prompt, professional, compassionate, and thorough. They responded to our claim and questions quickly and helped us navigate repairs and contractors throughout the entire process. I would recommend Acuity, and especially these two men, highly.

Just completed a first year with Acuity. Had a parking-lot fender bender that was handled efficiently. Annual rate increase was less than I anticipated. The company's email messages are clear and helpful.

Don't send me a form to fill out by hand, I have a disability. Don't send me additional work, I have enough work already. When you say that documents can be uploaded, make sure it works without generating an "exception".

How can you raise my rates when you were able to collect from the other parties insurance company? You were kept whole, but you raise my rates? I don't think that was fair. No worries, I'm switching Auto/Home providers and getting a lower rate than you were charging me before you raised my renewal. I've been very pleased with Acuity, until this happened.

Billing and communication is excellent. Our one claim for auto windshield was handled with speed and accuracy. On line information is complete and when talking with reps on the phone, questions are answered completely and with a level of interest by the rep that surpasses most.
