We were involved in an accident on Christmas day. Acuity was prompt, understanding, and easy to work with. Our adjuster, Marcello Lucas, was excellent to work with. We are very happy with Acuity and would recommend them to anyone looking for home or auto insurance.

i havent had a claim but i have talked to customer service when i changed credit card companies and some confusion paying the bill yhe person i dealt with was very helpful in resolving the problem and couldnt have been any more pleasent then she was to me great dealing with people like that

Acuity is great to work with and is affordable for small business. We have had a few claims with wrecks that were not our fault and the service agents were there to help us every step of the way to make the claim flow smoothly. Thank you

Nothing has happened recently. A few years ago we owned a home that had gotten hail damage to the roof. Acuity sent an inspector, we got estimates; and acuity took care of everything. Our agent is very knowledgeable; very professional. Very smooth transaction!

In November I was involved in an auto accident. Our claim representative Peter Worth has been extremely helpful and conscientious in handling our claim. He has been on top of our reimbursements and helping handle matters with the other vehicle owner's insurance.

Mike Schuster my insurance agent is excellent. He is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. He always answers my questions and gets back to me very timely. I appreciate all the help he has given me over all of the years that I have been with Acuity. I can't say enough about him. Thank you very much.

I would like more personal interaction with the underwriter and the agent. Getting a yearly statement in the mail without a personal explanation is not great customer service in my opinion. When I contacted my local agent’s office I was the one who had to keep calling back to get updates. I finally called the underwriter directly and discovered irregularities in what I been told. Very frustrating. This is not acceptable. When insurance rates go up I think the client should be contacted before a statement is sent.

My complaint is: Premium for car ins. high. Drive less than 1000 miles a yr. Have no DUIs,& no tickets. Can you do better?

Our insurance broker merged with another company and we got a new contact person. Upon reviewing our policies with Acuity she reccomended that we remain with them. Working with Acuity and our new broker we were able to improve our coverage and remain in budget.

Overall decent service but I question why our auto rates increased over $100 a year when nothing else changed. Two vehicles that are a year older are suddenly most costly to replace??! I think not. We will be looking for another insurer.

Acuity did good for me the past 5 years. But this summer had roofers come around to inspect neighborhood roofs for hail damage from spring storm. Had 2 inspections bothe said I had damage, then Acuity sends there agent out and tells me I have a good roof and no damage. Simply said they did not want to replace roof. I had neighbors around my neighborhood had there roofs replaced and there insurance was not Acuity. Then my yearly insurance premium came due, the asso's raised my home insurance 36%. Talked to agent told me was due to inflation and building material to rebuild it if needed, more unhappy news .Have asked other people if there premium went up all said between 20% to 25% . Acuity is simply screwing me. I have to replace and pay for my own damaged roof and then let them know I repaced it.
