I experienced damage to my vehicle on May 20 near Amarillo Tx.I contacted Acuity from the Toyota dealership in Amarillo to start the claim process. The following day I received a phone call and an email from Michelle Strey regarding my claim. As the initial repair was going to take about a week, I had already rented a car and was driving home when the call was made. After I made contact with Michelle on Monday she was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with After the initial repairs in Amarillo, I returned to pick up the car and return to home in Arizona. After about 2 weeks, Michelle supported my choice of body shops to complete the repairs to my car. The reiars took about 2 weeks and my car is now as good as new. Again Michelle was very pleasant to work with and made the process a positive experience.

We had a damaged roof, along with half the town, from a very bad storm. The adjuster would only approve half of our roof. How does a roof only have half damage? Hail fell everywhere. Our front yard was covered, and it was the front portion o the roof she did not approve. I think it was Acuity's way of not paying, and saving themselves money.

We had a claim to replace our damaged minivan wind shield. Acuity handled it very well, had replacement done in our driveway at home.

The pricing seems to be fair as based on other quotes - I was disappointed in the claims process from last year - needed a new roof and gutters after storm dropped tree on front of house. Because of covid I could not get the adjuster and roofer to speak to each other (the excuse for all of 2020) and I had to argue about cost of plywood that needed to be replaced from damage. I do not argue over price - I pay the very large sum in one or two payments including a "billing fee" so why was I treated poorly on a single claim??? Just asking.

My experience with Acuity and American Advantage Insurance Group, Ron Petersen, has always been positive. Advice for handling a claim, review and explanation of policies and changes and additions to existing policies has always been helpful and personable. This is the best insurance company and agent I have eve had!

I have been a customer for about 30 years. Twice our house was struck by lightning but within 2 hours of notification the agent had arranged to get roof taped and repairs underway. The service is awesome.

After a fire in one of the apartments, Acuity representatives responded quickly and professionally. The process is ongoing and coordination has been smooth as repairs are made.

Jay Schneider did an excellent job showing and explaining to me where and how he determined that the roof had hail damage. He also gave me a list of Roofing contractors that had worked with Acuity in the past for me to look over. The experience was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend Acuity to anyone looking for an insurance provider.

Been a customer for over 30 years and don’t have a single complaint! Pricing has been very competitive with all the other insurers. Never had a problem with a claim whether it was my fault or another persons fault. I would highly recommend Acuity to anyone.
