Too damn expensive! I have NEVER had a claim and yet my premiums continue to increase. What the heck? Why do you not give back to companies that operate safely?

Excellent service, great rates. I checked on Acuity after getting what seemed to be very low rates and they checked out just fine. Two other competitors with higher rates said they couldn't beat Acuity's rates and that there was no reason not to go with Acuity. Working with their agent was easy and helpful. I have not had any claims so that remains to be seen but otherwise I'm very pleased.
So far you have the customer experience down. I like getting the emails with different safety tips. The phone App is user friendly and on top of that I feel my Ins rates are very reasonable I defiantly feel value and safe with Acuity as my Ins company. I have told many of my friends and family about you company.

My daughter got in an accident. It was 100% the other person's fault.( I had a police report to verify this) The other person's insurance would only cover 80%. I talked to my adjuster and she was no help, very evasive and lacked transparency. I ended up suing the other party and getting a judgment against them to get my vehicle fixed! TERRIBLE! I will shopping around for another insurance company to insure my 4 cars, camper and house!
My business had a fire in it last year. They went out of their way to go above and beyond and get everything fixed and handled. They were nice courteous answered all my questions and in a timely manner.
Good insurance but very expensive. Coverage is good also.
At renewal time we heard nothing from anyone other than receiving the renewal bill. We have had no claims and no reduction in our premiums. Kind of like who are you? Just pay the bill. Comparison shopping maybe?
Very happy with home, auto and umbrella insurance policies/rates. Feel we get great coverage at a fair price. Had to file a couple claims for vandalism while our new home was under construction and the insurance claims agent was very responsive. Also, we suspend liability insurance on our convertible while stored for the winter and Acuity is prompt in issuing a refund for the unused premium (we pay in full annually).
