Non-existent Customer Service On 7/26/2021 I sent an email to claims. I never heard anything back. Since you are asking for a review you are getting one. Dismal.
Acuity is very responsive and has great customer service
We have our liability package, umbrella, and worker's comp with Acuity and our experience has been excellent - in part I believe because of our agent.
I submitted a complaint on August 5th, documented that complaint and I have yet to receive a response as of August 12th, even though they said I would receive a response within one business day.

Acuity has been a great insurance carrier for us. The ease of paying online, by mail, yearly, quarterly or monthly and the fact that you can change which method you need makes us feel we made the right choice. But, the best reason for using Acuity is that when someone rear-ended one of our cars, the auto repair shop had high praise for Acuity. He complained other companies drag their feet to pay him but not Acuity. Way to go Acuity! Makes us see Acuity in a new light. Ethical and attentive to not just the needs of its customers but to the other entities that may be involved.

Great Customer Satisfaction
Insurance premiums are ridiculously overpriced considering I have a clean driving record and have maintained that status my entire driving career of over 20 years. I thought safe driving and ) insurance claims would be rewarded but no breaks here at least the annual increase was not as bad as I expected.
