I love Acuity. They took me on after my last insurance canceled because I tapped the bumper of the car in front of me. I like that they don't advertise on TV or pay mega stars big bucks to say stupid stuff. My feeling is the consumer ultimately pays for that garbage. We are moving soon and if Acuity sells in my new state I will be sure to keep them in mind for my new insurance.
We had a fire in our house 12/24/20 which didn't do much fire damage, but lots of smoke and water problems. Acuity has been very responsive, after a little trouble getting their initial attention. They took care of seven months of living expenses, and major work in the house.
All in all not too bad for an insurance company. A monthly payment plan would be marvelous, would help people on fixed incomes. The road service option is not very good, used it last year and was difficult to use. Person was hard to understand, never got a tow, never got a call back. Not worth the money. Planning on canceling as soon as I get around to it. Normal claims people were very nice and helpful when we had hail damage and took care of everything.
Lol this insurance is a joke these people on the east coast remind me of a bunch of liberal donkeys. Just the moron we have in office inefficient as hell. Run away from this company liars and fraud committing asss hats.

Acuity provides home & auto insurance at a significant savings compared to my previous insurer. Fortunately I can't comment on claims handling. They periodically send out emails with safety-type advice.
