I have had car and homeowners’ insurance with Acuity for several years. Unfortunately, I have had a few claims. Acuity handled each quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I had a burst pipe that caused damage in my basement and Acuity’s claims representative was fantastic. The claims and customer service experience at Acuity is excellent. I have had coverage with other companies in the past, but none were as good as Acuity.
I think the billing is confusing. I've had issues with understanding how their billing works. You should make it more user friendly

The customer service from Acuity has always been good -- prompt and helpful. My only negative remark may be applied to all insurance companies; I don't know. It is this: I put very few miles on my car as a senior citizen who only drives to nearby locations like the grocery store and my daughter's house 5 miles away, so it seems to me that my premium should cost significantly less than it does. I have only put 6,700 miles approx. on this car since buying 4 years ago.
They have been great when a tornado hit our house Recently we hit a coyote out of town and they were great even the people at the auto repair place commented about how good they are to work with.

Went with Acuity in September of 2020 , they had very good pricing. Unfortunately, the underwriting personnel could use some customer service training. Will be cancelling them when the service year ends in September of 2021.
