I really appreciate talking to our representative Jill Bryntesen nearly every time I call to get a COI. She is kind, patient and fast at getting our COI's emailed. All other customer representatives we have encountered are friendly and helpful as well.

It is frustrating when you call your local agent only to hear that this person is no longer available, please call this number and when you call that number you end up leaving a message and wait a return call. I like a local agent; one that I know and knows me.!

Get rid of local agents, they have done nothing for us in any claims we have made. A cost we don’t need.
