We have been treated so poorly. They dropped us because we opened a claim and never used it. Do not use Acuity for home owners! The only other option they gave us was a $5,000 deductible. We never used a dime from them.

I found the increase in premiums to be high. I called and asked the office to shop around. My contact made a few coverage changes and did the comparison. Premiums were in line or lower than other companies. It wasn’t worth changing as to this date we’re happy with Acuity.
Great insurance with excellent coverage
The cost for the rewards is way out of balance. I don’t do much business and it costs me my entire gross receipts.
I really miss having a personal relationship with my provider
Everyone at Acuity Insurance is wonderful to deal with. They handle everything in a timely manner, are knowledgeable, always polite, coordinate and follow through on their service. They also have the best pricing.
Prompt adjuster service after call about a hail storm worry about roof damage. Adjuster service was thorough and claim withdrawn.
I renewed my insurance in April and I had changed my mind about how much deductible I wanted and I was told how much to pay for my yearly premium and that I would be billed later for the additional premium. I forget about it and I got a bill yesterday for $225 and I was told it would be $219. The extra I suppose was a late fee. I do not feel that I owe this $6 since this is the first invoice I have received. If I can find better and cheaper insurance when renewal time comes next year, I won’t renew!
Acuity has provided me with good coverage for reasonable rates. This is something that I appreciate even more since retiring on Social Security only.

Nic is straight forward and tells us what information he needs ahead of time to do our insurance audits. I am able to have everything ready when he arrives. He is very kind, courteous, prompt and efficient.
Communication ahead of any transactions
Audits are impossible to do and understand. It’s insane the way you do business You don’t explain what you’re insuring and when questioned it’s always my issue. My agent is the absolute worst! Cheeseman Insurance. They are scum of the earth.
