Every person I have dealt with at Acuity has been very helpful, quick to respond and easy to work with. CJ Bren was the most recent and this claim turned out to be a very complicated one. CJ stayed calm and reassuring through the process. 9 months later and we are finally able to put a fork in it.

The insurance representative made several errors between Acuity and my mortgage company. I contacted the rep and was told the problem was corrected. Several months later I received a letter from mortgage company requesting verification of insurance. Called insurance rep and was told it was mortgage company. After lengthy calls from out the insurance company was sending in an incorrect policy number. Never checked the number.

Very efficient and speedy on making changes to our policy after we bought and sold cars two times!! We received a refund of our insurance that was no longer needed and updated policies in a very timely fashion. Krista our agent is wonderful!!

Acuity has been my insurance provider for more than 14 years. Unfortunately, I had some unexpected claims when I first began with Acuity including a data loss claim. They promptly and professionally handled the claims protecting me and my business. Since then, I have been many years claim free, but it is good to know I am protected with Acuity. I would not think of changing my insurance to another company.

Have been a customer for just over a year. One claim for a windshield which was handled very quickly. Online experience is very good, and information is readily available.
