Despite zero claims, our premiums were going to double with our previous insurance company. After a bit of shopping around and receiving some truly ridiculous quotes, Acuity came in with affordable rates and coverage in line with what we had grow accustomed to. Fair rates, excellent customer service
We were told on the phone what the amount for the insurance would be and then when the paperwork arrived in the mail, the amount was different. We called to find out what happened and were told they were sending out a new one with the correct amount. Then the new one came and it was incorrect. This process happened about 4 times and then the last time we called, they were able to get to the bottom of it. It was very frustrating. Although the people we spoke with were really friendly and good, the process was what was irritating.

I like your product. I’ve had communication problems with Deluxe Insurance here in Duluth, MN. Over a month ago I called Shannon to inquire about an auto charge as it had increased from $143/mo to $257/mo. Believe it had to do with my car insurance? Shannon said she would call you, check into it and get back to me. When I hadn’t heard back from her in over a week I texted her asking for an update. I’ve not heard back from her at all!

We have had two incidents this year where we have been in accidents caused by others. Both claims have been handled by Lori Rant. She has been fantastic to deal with. She responds, quickly and thoroughly. She knows the details of what needs to be done and gets things done. She works well with all parties involved. To help us recover as quickly and reasonably as possible. She does so with a great combination of kindness and professionalism. We are grateful to work with her.
