Great company with very knowlegable and courteous phone response. Have no reason to search elsewhere for coverage since their rates are competable and their service is wonderful.

Great customer service! I didn't give 5 stars because a little high in premiums. But I still would recommend Acuity for their good customer service.

It wasn't an experience with Acuity as I have never had an experience with Acuity. My high rating is of SF Insurance in Osceola, Wisconsin. I have been with them since 1988, although they were not called SF back then. I fully trust them and they directed me to Acuity. In fact I know there are less costly insurers than Acuity. I did not like the increase on our October 1 renewal.

Acuity has so many traits that sets them above other carriers but claims handling is what I promote above all to clients. No one handles claims better than Acuity. Keep up the great work Acuity!

Ms Deleana Atz was extremely courteous and helpful during the entire claim process. She was very prompt in sending our claim check directly to us. This allowed us to control the payment process to our contractor.

Hide information. I use to be able to get an update. Now I am forced to go to their website and search for information. If they are so ashamed of raising their prices maybe they shouldn't be raising them for people who have never put in a claim!

I had to drop my homeowners insurance because the premiums went up so much. I also had to drop comprehensive and collision for my vehicle because I couldn’t afford that either

When I reported roof damage due to hail to Acuity, they responded immediately. A claims adjuster came and sent his report to Acuity. Than Acuity sent me a check in an amount to cover the cost of a new roof.

I renewed my policy for 2025 which includes auto, home, and umbrella. I have had no accidents for years or claims against the policies. yet my premium went up over 12% with no justification. I do like the company and your service, however I do not think your increase of my premium over 12% was justified.
