If I could a zero start that would have been best. If you ever have to deal with insurance company I feel sorry for you. They have rude staff, no responsibility and terrible communications. They take forever to clear the simple claim and avoid doing payments for claim making lame excuses. My car was badly hit by the truck drive who happened to had this horrible acuity insurance and they declined my claim with the lame excuses after wasting my time for at least half and month.

Although I’ve been very fortunate since I have not had to file a claim. However, Aquity has provided prompt and efficient billing and very reasonable pricing. I’m very pleased with the coverage, price and service.

Prices are going way too high it’s getting to the point where we can’t afford it. The service is great never had any problems. The only thing that gets me besides the price is when I get voting proxy’s it never tells me what’s is being voted on. All in all I would recommend for the service

The renewal was easy, Umpqua insurance researched other insurance companies and Acuity came out on top for both coverage and cost.

Quick, prompt resolution. Other party had Progressive and they were very hard to work with. Jacqui was very helpful and wonderful to work with.

They are always friendly and helpful. Thankfully we haven’t had any claims recently but when we did they were very helpful and made the process easy

Acuity is excellent. We had one claim and the response and settlement was quick and the check was sent out immediately. We hear about other insurance companies dragging their feet but Acuity gets an A+ for their customer service.

Client services and ability to communicate has been positive. Agent has taken good care of our account. The only negative is that I feel the recent price increase is quite aggressive given the economy and inflation numbers that currently exist. My premium raised about 5 times the rate of inflation. Can't continue to be a customer if these increases are going to be common.

During my recent annual renewal, things went well overall, but it was more difficult than it should have been to get basic information on Identity Theft coverage. In fact, the effort dragged out so long that I gave it up for the time being.

After storm damage I needed a new roof and gutters. The claims process went smooth and I was very happy with how it was all handled.
