Very knowledgeable staff I was connected with this time. I was on hold for quite some time.
The technical person took about 45 minutes to solve my problem and then created another problem which lead me to calling Quickbooks technical support. He couldn't explain why my Quickbooks software was having an issue. Something that I thought would take 20 minutes to solve ended up taking 3 hours of my day. I'm a business owner, and I don't have 3 extra hours in a day. At the end of the day, my issues were resolved.

Not the best in customizing, very hard to set up your menu, not a lot of options to customize it.
Wasted 3 years on a software that is ancient in its design and execution. Better and more robust choices out in the market.
Overall a good experience. Unfortunately long wait times and some programing deficiencies such as being able to use a decimal point in AccuCount. Updates are good improvements but some take out features from previous versions. People are great to work with.

We always seem to have some kind of glitch or technical issue. Currently the system is sometimes forgetting to add tax to the sale. Whenever we return items if the receipt has 3 or more transactions with large variations in price a notification will come up asking if we would like to return one of the less expensive items. The yes or no buttons below that have never worked properly. They don't even show up at all. However when screen sharing with technical they work, so I do not know why the will not work for me. We have some issues with Sage50 Canadian at times with it not transferring over properly. Our most recent larger issue is that our customers history did not fully transfer over when we transferred the server to a new computer. They name and basic information is there, but their purchase history is missing. We have had this system for almost 4 years now and it has been a major learning curve filled with lots frustrations all over the place. It works, we are moving along with it,it was to make or work easier but we are not super happy with it.
We have been a customer for 2 years, and are very pleased with the AP POS System, and its support team. I find it quite necessary to mention Mike, Jordan, and Cory who shepherded us through a major overhaul of QB and all the corresponding updates, adjustments, and changes to AccuPos that came up to complete this work. May hats off to you gentlemen.
I continue to have an issue with my chip reader provided by Sage. The option to use AccuPOS' other merchant services partner is not an option at all, due to the horrible online reviews of their service! Also, the AccuPOS software continues to track my inventory incorrectly. This is a huge problem!
Excellent customer service. Mike Reyes is very professional with good tech knowledge to trouble shoot. He always provides help on a timely basis. Very effective tech. support. The only suggestion is the hold time for customer service phone is long.

U say u have help 24/7 but on Saturday after 10 I could not get an answer when I called so I had to come in the next morning, my day off to fix the problem

I had to call in to update our QuickBooks adaptor after updating our QuickBooks. Our tech was awesome on point, quick and seemed to know exactly what she was doing. I have called in a few times before but this is the first time I had spoken to this Tech. We had no issues following our phone call with her and I didn't have to call tech support back to fix anything after the update, which has happened before for us in the past but not this time.
Had some issues with getting in touch with the help desk a couple of times. The wait time was somewhere from 30 - 60 minutes on two different Saturdays. During the week the wait time is not as bad but it could still use some assistance. Once I was able to get a person on the phone EVERY TIME the individuals were very nice and helpful.

They are just one phone call away to help you any time we need help.
