Works OK but several quirks make it difficult to work with
I had an excellent experience with Eric, on methods that developers can improve AccuPOS to suit our businesses unique requirements. He listened attentively and went back over all of our ideas to make sure he had them correctly.
I had the pleasure to work with Shane from Ohio who assisted me with a technical issue. From the start, my call in was answered right away and he was pleasant, professional, listened, analyzed and fixed the problem in a timely state. 5 stars to this experience!!!

The follow up service is very good however by the time we pay exchange on the US$ the monthly subscription is a bit of a challenge...... keep up the good work.
support is responsive. the software is easy to use and setup, and the integration with QuickBooks seems solid. would be nice to have weekend support a bit more accessible as the huge majority of retailers are open weekends.

The service techs are always helpful. When we download the new version we often have questions and they are very helpful.
Always waiting for a solution, we have been waiting for over 5 hours right now on a accucount issue!!!! still no solution, it cost me for every down minute with my IT company and for my company
I have no issues with the support and service I have received. The product has made a few small changes that make some calculations impossible and I don't feel that I am listened to when I voice my concern.
Very long wait times for service when calling the support number, No one has been able to resolve my issues between simply and Accupos.
For tradeshows, we need 2 separate POS stations that allow us to process transactions without internet access - which AccuPOS allows for. When we get back to the store, we download the transactions right into our QuickBooks. Nice and easy. When tech support or upgrades are required, we call in and it's taken care of remotely. Our database is on a remote server and that has caused some confusion for the techs, but once they understand where everything is, they are always able to do the fix or upgrade. When we got new computers, they set everything up right away. Wait times for help used to be long at certain times of day but have greatly reduced over the past couple of years. We've been with AccuPOS since 2011 and are quite satisfied.
I have been using AccuPOS for years. It is easy to use and it uploads into QuickBooks easily. I rarely need technical assistance, but when I do it's usually on a Sunday and they take care of me quickly. Also technical assistance is located in the US.
Great customer service. Recently ordered new POS machine. Part of the order came within days, the rest took 2 weeks. Long time!
Duncan went above and beyond. Had to research my issue, find a solution and call me back once he found out how to repair it. And he did it with care and determination. He is an asset to AccuPOS and a delight to work with. Glad he was the one to answer our call.
I have had this system for approx 1 year. It has never worked right from day 1. When talking with tech support, they spend HOURS on the phone working on the problem. I can not get invoices to transfer over to QBO Canada, errors in inventory being changed all the time behind the sence. On time on the phone for at least 4 hours, it was me that found a error in the system over a singe " . "..yes a decimal point. I transfered all the logs to the "head of tech support" and even had the VP of the company try and work on this, now I can't get a hold of either one. Very poor service all around, but yet they still want my money every month, while I have a system that is not working right. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Im actually going back to my old system Simpro, they maybe a little more, but they are going out of the way to help me and make sure the system integrates right.
