My most recent experience was an appointment made with Mike R in an effort to resolve an ongoing issue we were having with our register scanners. This last experience with Mike, was a very pleasant one - He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He left me with his e-mail, and encouraged me to reach out if we experienced any other issues or had questions. Bravo to Mike R for doing his job effectively and respectfully. The reason for my 3 star review is surrounding the extended hold times we continually have to experience when calling to get help; As well as previous experiences with other representatives who were clearly not qualified to handle the job. One experience, was with a gentleman who was inaudible and mumbling, and proceeded to give me attitude when I kept asking him to repeat himself... Though he did end up putting me in contact with someone who could help me further, I was surprised by his complete lack of customer service. Another experience in particular i'd like to share: Over a busy holiday weekend, our system stopped working properly, including our in-counter scanner/scales... After being on hold for 45+ minutes, I finally got a hold of someone who was able to provide little to no information and help. He was unable to answer simple questions regarding our account, and then went on to explain that he was sick and was the only person on call all weekend - This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially on a busy holiday weekend when we are busiest. Considering how busy our store has become, and continues to grow, we are seriously considering switching programs as it seems we may be outgrowing what Accupos is capable of providing - only time will tell.
Our operation is located in a Remote Location in Panama and we have limited access to Internet. Accupos Tech support has always handled our cases promptly regardless of slow internet and no phone communications. Thanks to Mike and the Accupos team!!!
I have been a customer of Accupos for many years. The tech suport is fantastic, the sales staff is more than helpful finding the best economical plan for your business. They always respond quickly and have a lot of solution that help streamline your system.
Very impressed with the effectiveness of the tech support staff, the times I had the need for help, they have been able to get me back in track fast and efficiently, As far as the system is concern, well it's like everything else when is new to you, after a couple of days of training, I find it easy to navigate and are amazed at all the different jobs I can do with it, to the point that I will not be needing the computer in my office to do my accounting and inventory stuff. It's simply just Awesome!!

I have used Accupos now for over 12 months and must say they are excellent for support, Sage 50 v25 has just came out in the UK and Accupos already integrates with this version within the hour tech support had us running on latest version, Well done Guys :-)
Yet again this company has excelled itself with its amazing technical support. Short wait on the phone and then straight through to a really pleasant tech guy who immediately identified the problem and set about sorting it out. We have used AccuPOS for 14 years now and I can highly recommend them as a truly professional company who clearly have a passion for their work. Well done AccuPOS and thank you again for your help and support.
I honestly think that the tech support has gotten much better in the last year or two. It seems in past years techs did not have the best knowledge of the system which could be very frustrating to a person who relies on that support to get questions answered and problems resolved. I'd like to give kudos to both Shelby and Shane. They were both of great help this past week.

Any time I need help, it doesn't matter how small the issue is, Accupos staff are always kind, patient, courteous and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and if the tech I start out with is ever unable to resolve the issue, they always find me someone who can in a timely manner.

Lewis was so helpful and patient with me. After 40 min off me running to multiple computers to find the right one, Lewis remained calm and professional. I really appreciate all his help as the issue was fixed!

Great customer service from Josh today. However, I don't understand why there are so many ongoing challenges with our Accupos Adapter.
We have had a lot of calls in to AccuPOS within the last 2 months, as we have been experiencing a lot of problems with our taxes not calculating and the pricing not populating or sub totals, as of last week, we have had over 19 calls to AccuPOS and most times we have had numerous customer service reps as they are not always the same ones. We can say for the most part that most of them were pleasant to deal with, but we have had a few of them that were not very pleasant to deal with. We would like to know why the problem is only a quick fix, as it keeps happening on a daily basis, but all they can offer us as an explanation is that they keep telling us it's either our internet or quickbooks online " that it is not a problem with AccuPOS.
