Accus Pos customer service during our time for setup and training is the absolute best. Had no issues getting my POS system set up faster than my equipment was being mailed to my office. The software is very customizable and can work with anything you throw at it.

Customer service and tech support have been wonderful from the beginning. They made sure to work with my company every step of the way on start up. Any issue there is they are quick to help. They find solutions to as many things as possible. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of their product. They are always friendly and 9 times out of 10 you get through to someone immediately for assistance.

Great people and great service. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is during the updates and upgrades it is no longer reported on the Z or X report the total taxable and total non-taxable sales for the day/shift. I have to report this this and some of my customers are tax exempt even though the item is usually taxed. Now is a pain in the butt to have to go to the web app to do a daily sales tax report when it used to be there right there in the on the X or Z report..

I am very pleased with the service I receive every time I call the Accupos help line. They are always polite and willing, to not only help with my current problem, but they are eager to educate me as to how I can correct problems in the future.
