Great company and excellent customer service. I was having an issue with the integration of Accupos and Sage 50 and was held up because of Sage 50. Accupos technicians kept in touch throughout the whole process (three-four weeks total) until I was completely up and running again and the problem was fixed! I also dealt with the same technician throughout the whole process which made things so much easier than having to explain my issue over and over again to different people. Thanks Accupos for all your help! :)
Generally the technicians are friendly, the issue is hold time. When our register is not operating correctly, or at all, we can not be on hold for an hour. We lose valuable customers and sales during those times.

the Software doesn’t do well with quick books in line...many issues to deal with. Reaching technical help quickly is always an issue
Great staff, they are friendly and very helpful..The only thing I don't like is the long waits for Tech Support. It would be great if we had a personal tech that we could call directly.
Responses to querries hve been very good and waiting time has been minimal.
Called support today to update the program to the most current version, so that the POS and accounting would work together with all the updates. The Support service folks are polite and helpful. Even after I was done (and phone call disconnected), I had another question and I was able to discuss via email to obtain an answer.
It takes to long to answer the phone or return emails.
Excellent product. Excellent held desk. If I had friends that cared about POS software or had a digital till...I'd recommend it.
Bought the software under the pretenses that I could run transactions from a mobile location (i.e. farmers market) and seamlessly import those transactions into Quickbooks, while Quickbooks was located in the main office. After technical support worked to make this happen and had me switch to a new internet service (that I know don't need and higher cost), it still doesn't work as sold. Know I have to take the computer to the mobile device every other week and make import the sales. I would give the POS system a 4 star review if it didn't actually take up more time and money from the technical difficulties.
Great customer support
Cannot search for items on POS. Very difficult to use when have lots of things to sell and don’t have each item memorized. Doesn’t work with Quick books on line easily. If did t have so much money tied up in the 2 pos stations would look for another solution. Gift cards too expensive. EMV readers too expensive and both have been hard to get info on. One good thing wonderful Support. Too bad product isn’t better. Have been using 2 years
We have been using Accupos since July of 2003. We operate 10 retail locations and use QuickBooks Enterprise. Sales are transported each evening to our headquarters and imported into QuickBooks automatically. Service (when needed) has been great. I would recommend Accupos to anyone looking for a POS system. Horrid Experience
I would rate Accupos at zero stars if it were an option. Not only was their system misrepresented to me as working for my type of business when it isnt made for it but they also failed to take it back and refund my money when I asked them to. Their service is terrible and they are absolute crooks in my experience.
A bit pricey for the service. However, service quality is great. They have always been able to solve issues in a timely manner.
The search function on the POS interface does not fit my business at all. I've paid for this software for 2 years and I'm still probably not going to be able to use it. I would prefer a refund.
Tech Support from AccuPOS is excellent! They are polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to resolve whatever issue arises. I have never felt rushed or viewed as an imposition on their time; if an issue requires a great deal of time or effort to solve it they graciously step into the breach. Nothing but Kudos to these folks.
It's a bit more complicated than space allows. Support is excellent.
System works well and does what you expect a POS to do. There doesn't seem to be any information from ACCUPOS when a update is available. The only time we find out about it is when we call with a question. The monthly maint fee seems high when you are not advised of updates automatically.
