AccuPOS is ok … gets the basics done … very little communication … we never know when updates are ready … they don't really communicate other useful information … their technical support is usually good ...

I have been with AccuPos for a few years now and I have to say the customer service is awesome. Today, spent so much time with Van on phone and he was so patient and persistent to make everything right...Kudos to him!!!

My experience with Eric Robinson today was one of the best I have ever encountered with AccuPos technical support in the 5 years I have been the manager of the Bald Head Island Conservancy Gift Shop. He was one of the most well mannered and courteous reps I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in your technical support arena. His positive demeanor and can-do attitude speak volumes about his willingness to help the AccuPos consumer and makes me feel more confident in AccuPos' support functions than I have been in the past. He dealt with the issues in a timely and responsible manner all the while we were running a busy register and helping customers. I just cannot say enough great things about him today. He will go down in my book as one of the best reps I have ever encountered. Please give him kudos because I really had lost faith in your company until my experience with Eric today. He has redeemed my positive attitude towards your company. Please feel free to call me with any questions. Eric should be training all of your technical associates as there have been a few there that are not as friendly and eager to help. I truly appreciate all that he did for us today!

We are using all of there products at 2 stores and are about to put it in 4 more of our stores. works great with QB enterprise their tech support is the best in the business hands down.

I would gladly recommend this company. But regardless of the company, the staff themselves do the work. Like ERIC, I just talked to him for a minute or so then the problem was solved ASAP. Thanks to people like ERIC. It was fantastic! More power to you ERIC. Thank you so much for the help.

I wasn't so sure the person I talked with knew as much about the AccuPOS system as one might think. I asked him a couple of questions about reports and before looking into it further, he automatically said "I don't think so," and I felt like I had to push him to look further. Ultimately, we did find the reports I was looking for. Maybe should change immediate reaction to a more proactive mood.

We're big fans of AccuPOS at Cape Cod Beer! After years of struggling with another POS system we have FINALLY found something that fits our needs both in our retail operation and our tasting bar. The support folks at AccuPOS are super helpful ( and really nice!).. and they have some excellent integration experts to help sort thru quickbooks stuff when needed. A+ across the board from us! Cheers!

I gave a 1 star review & have since had worse & better experiences with tech support. After a month of working with tech support for 9+ hours a week they helped me to find the perfect fit. Now that I have been working with Jordan the stars are moving up from 0 to 3. Jordan is a 5 star tech & I would recommend requesting him if you are running a bar or restaurant. He knows the software & understands functionality from working in restaurants. I was impressed when I received a call from the VP of the company to address my last review and concerns. The level of service I am receiving now is 5 Stars. The reason I have not rated them 5 stars is because when an unforeseen issue arises (multiple times a week) I still have to call & speak with the on call team which has been so unpleasant. I do hope to be able to give them a 5 star in the future.

The hold time for tech support is completely ridiculous! Plus IF you ever actually get to a real human and ask for a return call you never receive one so you have to call back and sit on hold again!

Tech service with Accupos is great! They are always wonderful to work with,helpful, polite and go the extra mile to make sure my system is up and working - I have called them at all hours and they always always come through!

Poor customer support and dishonest information provided on shipping status of hardware necessary to replace defective goods. Long time customer improperly supported during purchase of new hardware and upgraded software package.

We’ve experienced many random problems since going with Accupos three years ago. These problems still persist. Although the wait times to speak with a support tech are usually lengthy, the techs are personable and sincerely try to address the problems. Issues with splitting checks, tickets disappearing, random charges appearing on a ticket, etc are some of our issues.
