AccuPOS is one of those vendors that, if you're having an issue, just call them up and they will remote in and fix it. No need to read through FAQ, support docs, etc. to figure it out yourself - just let them do what they know how to do. As a Director of Technology at a private school in Houston, I am glad we use AccuPOS for our school store because I never have to worry about it. Their support is so good the "normal person" running the store can call them up and they fix issues without bogging down my IT staff.

I purchased Accupos a little over a month ago, I am in the UK and read up on this company and product. I need it to integrate with Sage 50 UK version 2017 v23 not a problem :-) very pleased with the features in Accupos reports sales departmental reporting in sage also. easy to use staff got used to it within the hour. I also had a Sage 50 2018 v24.2 upgrade last week and within 24 hours Jordan tech support had a new adapter ready and working fine. So now MTD compliant Top people great support team really appreciate all your help in the past weeks Cory Jordan Jacob

Cory did an amazing job of resolving our numerous issues in transferring our data from AccuPOS to Quickbooks online. We lost our resort managers and had multiple volunteers accessing the system. Not only to figure all of the ways we were making mistakes, but he was able to get us back up and running.Then he set up individual training for all of the staff that were using the AccuPOS system. I cannot thank him enough!
The technicians are great, the service is always available. The products/programs do exactly what they say it will do and that was very important to us. The initial set up was prompt, and efficient and after that the program ran flawlessly. When we need to tweak something we were always met with a positive response and were assisted very quickly. When there are updates from our accounting software that require AccuPOS to make a change on our end, the techs are always aware of the update/change required and remedy the situation very quickly. Very happy that we decided on this program.
Although the support person was friendly and pleasant and tried a few things to fix my problem, my problem was not fixed and the work-arounds suggested by him were not practical. This program is more complex than our business requires. I will be sharing my suggestions with Accupos and hopefully the program will become more versatile to a number of business models.

From my past experiences where most reps would attempt to pass on the technical issue to someone else because they don't want to take the time to resolve the issue or they simply don't know how to, Lachelle remained dedicated to resolving the issue. This is not the first time that I have had her help me with a technical issue and I have to say that she provided excellent service in the past as well. She's truly a great asset to your team and she is the standard by which other techs or employees should be measured.
