Not all tech support people know what they are talking about and sales is slow to respond. That being said, the download to quickbooks is awesome and the platform is easy to use.

I was looking for a point of sale system to integreat in Canadian Quick Books, as it was a program I was already using and didn’t want to have to start over. My customers are happier as it takes very little time to ring in their orders and my staff are happier do to the ease of use. It was very simple to learn as well.

Very good at solving my problems but sometimes there is a long wait time on hold. Everyone has been very polite and helpful.

AccuPOS has been our first and only POS provider from the moment we opened our store. It has always been a great management system and very user friendly. The people behind the product are just as great. Tech support is always a breeze. Everyone is always friendly and get any issues taken care of fast and any questions you have they have they answer. They never mind waiting while I double check to confirm everything is running smoothly again, and it always is. Would never think of going with anyone else.

Good, user-friendly software. Set aside several hours/days of wait time if you experience issues however. Issues we've had in the past were always solved but timeliness could be improved.

We have been an accupos customer for over 8 years and have been very happy with the system. Accupos has grown up over time and has definitely improved. We have a restaurant in Costa Rica where we use it and while there is definitely a learning curve to become comfortable with it, one a staff member is used to it, they are hooked. There support is excellent except for the hold times to talk with support staff. (this is expensive for us because it is international calling and Accupos will not call back on international numbers - unfortunately) Once you are working with the staff they stick with you until the problem is solved.

Outstanding experience for a decade. As a one person accounting office I would use AccuPOS if I owned my own Company. The price is right. The software is wonderfully integrated with QuickBooks Financial. The technical support is Stellar. I was sorry to be put in the position to have to let it go.

So far we've had really great customer service. They're willing to go to whatever lengths necessary to fix our problems. We did have issues when first setting up as several times we set up an appointment we were told that there actually hadn't been one scheduled so we were on hold for a long time. However, once we were put with a tech it was smooth. We had a couple of issues when we were paired with a different tech for each support session because a few times they would completely change what the first tech had done. However, this may have just been another little hiccup due to us needing the Canadian system vs the American. Other than that we really appreciate the support team. The only major issue we've had is that anytime we try to use the 24hr tech chat it has always said no tech available. It would be nice if that feature worked. Otherwise, overall happy with the company.

Asked for several changes, especially a lock sales tax capability, and none have been forthcoming with no updated status on requests. Service can be spotty.
