For our wedding day we booked a coach. What can I say? Fantastic communication, early arrival, patience with straddling guests.... we even changed the pick up time and location prior to the big day. As a self funded community dance group we made bookings with this company and then decided to cancel within the 21 days notice period so we were expecting 75% of the deposit back and yet to this day they still refuse to give us anything. They have £3200 of our money. STEER CLEAR!!! Done believe their response. its all lies! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Preparing for a family funeral will make you very anxious… you really don’t want logistics getting in the way of what will be a somber yet celebratory day, remembering someone you love. To make the day run smoothly we wanted a coach to transfer our wider congregation of family and friends from the church to the cemetery and back. It was only a 16 mile return journey, but the challenge was it being across North London, the church itself hadn’t any convenient parking for a large coach, and a high percentage of our passengers were of the older generation. Pete and the operations team took it all in their stride. Noting all the info, hatching a plan, giving a very reasonable quote, not bothering me with problems, and providing a clean, modern, unbranded executive coach, with Tornai, the most patient and considerate driver could find. Well done to The London Coach Company.

The BEST coach driver we have ever had! We do annual trip to a different city every year with our local pub. He was amazing communicated with us throughout the day and was a proper good laugh! Would highly recommend!

Driver was prompt, professional and friendly and even made the effort to change collection time to an earlier slot after a quick mobile call. 100% would use again. Company kept me up to date with all details and was smooth throughout.

UPDATE ON YOUR RESPONSE! iF THIS IS THE CASE WHY DOES IT SATE IN YOUR EMAIL COMMUCIATED TO ME THAT THE FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AND IN MY ACCOUNT FRIDAY 14/3? Absolutely devastated with the after care of this company. I prebooked a coach in Aug 23 and paid in full for a weekend trip for 72 people 6-7 Apr 24. I had a call early Monday morning stating they could no longer full fill my request and there was no other options only to refund my money back to my card i paid on. I mentioned the card was no longer valid as i had a new one. Al was fine and they said to pass over the sort cade and account number and they will get it sorted. As you can imagine i needed to look and pay for another hire so i needed the money returned ASAP. All this was confirmed in emails so i was hoping for the money to be transferred back that day. After chasing daily being told i would be getting it as its been sent to accounts to process i still hadnt received it. I then received an email first thing this morning saying that i would be issued a refund to day and that all actions had been taken. I replied asking when would it hit and the email came back stating today... As today has unfolded there was still no payment in my bank account. i chased at 5.15 pm and no response from the accounts, i was totally and still am upset, embarrassed to the 72 people this has been arranged for and really angry at the fact that when i called the sales team i got an answer from a guy whose name i wont mention (yet) but when i explained what had gone on he put me on hold and never came back. I rang again asked for the same guy, was transferred to him and then he put me on hold again. totally in disbelief i was being treated this way. I rang back again and got a different guy, in fact it was the same guy who called me Monday morning to let me know they could not full fill our booking no longer!. He looked into the case and could see the error was man made by the finance manger (who again i wont name anyone yet) and he had ignored all the instructions to pay me to the sort code and account number provided and sent the money straight to the card which is no longer in operation. (debit card btw). I then phoned my bank with the times of transactions when i deposited the money and still could not locate any money pending to my account. My bank stated if it does end up showing then its 10 working days until i will receive the funds !!!! We leave in 20 days which is going to be Friday 26/3 at the earliest!! How am i supposed to book and pay for a hire in between the few days when required?????? I am still £1595 out of pocket and no transport for up coming trip for 72 people - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take it from the horses mouth, be careful when considering booking from here!!!

Whilst booking the communication was brilliant and the quote was competitive. The day before the event the company sent me an email and text confirming times and the drivers details On the day the driver was brilliant arrived early and was accommodating, on the way back he met us outside the course and took us back to the vehicle which was most helpful The entire experience was smooth and made my job of booking the transport all the easier Will use again

We needed a coach for a sports competition in a different city. The company provided lots of friendly communication throughout the whole process and were really helpful with any changes we needed to make. The coach was spacious and comfortable and our driver was friendly, on time, and professional. Overall no complaints and would recommend this company!

Disgraceful company to deal with. Booked a trip with friends to Hillingdon train station for the football. Decided to let me know 3 days before that we couldn’t drink on coach leaving no chance for refund or to re arrange with someone else. To then say I should have told them when booking I was looking to drink on the coach. Don’t wanna know when you complain want you to write a email to customer services who won’t get back to you. Avoid using these cowboys.

I was a little nervous about booking a small coach for my party of ten close family setting off to Tenerife from Birmingham Airport for a week of birthday celebrations for my 70th. It was so important that the airport transfer to and from went well. There was no need to worry. The coaches were great. They collected us from home and the airport bang on time. Also the drivers Nav and Jay were so helpful. I fully recommend The Coach Company.

Dave from the team has been very helpful from the get go, he has been easy to contact and has made sure that he has been responding promptly to any questions. Our driver James was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with the journey from A to B. The coach was clean and tidy. From this journey we experienced I would be recommending The Coach Company to others.

Fantastic experience from booking to the end just can’t fault the service. Booking was simple and clear and easy, on the day the driver contacted me before hand and on his arrival. Comfortable journey from Kensington to Twickenham, the mini coach was extremely clean and comfortable. After the event due to road closures the driver used WhatsApp to show his location so we could find him. Wow you don’t get service like this very often. Thank you The Coach Company, I won’t hesitate to book again. 10 out of 10.
