Ruthless company, puts the price up with no warning when a price has already been agreed. Won't give back the deposit now that the price can't be afforded. They make they own rules and then take your money when they are the one that changed the contract. Avoid these at all cost

Absolutely awful customer service. Made a complaint over a month ago with no Communication back whatsoever.

Avoid. Last minute cancellations no help. Just want to under cut local coach hire companies to get your business even if they can not service booking. Booked 3 months ago and told a few weeks out from trip. They are just a management company so no value - cut the middle man out and go to the real local companies!

Zero stars. A last minute cancellation, we have 25 kids unable to go to a booked sporting event, should have looked at it previous reviews saying the same. Not reliable even if you pay, avoid at all costs.

I would highly recommend this coach company they fitted us in on a trip to Newcastle and return from Liverpool 2 days before with a brilliant price.. coach arrived on time and spotless both journeys and the drivers were lovely and friendly too. Know where I will be booking next time I need a coach

Shocking customer service. I made an enquiry and since then they never stopped hounding me. The second I booked up, I couldn’t get a hold of them. Our trip ended up being cancelled, I kindly asked if we could get the deposit back considering we cancelled 4 months in advance so we hadn’t let anybody down. They just said no and ignored me. Will never use them again.

Coach arrived on time and it was spotless the driver Jim was fantastic with the excited group of 27 children and their scout leaders would not hesitate to recommend the company and will definitely book further trips

Thanks to our minibus, we had a successful stag do outing at the Cheltenham Festival, taking 15 of us over from Oxford. Our driver arrived early to pick us up, negotiated the busy traffic well and confirmed where we would meet at the end of the day. He was ready with plenty of time at the end of the day and exactly where we expected him to be. We also exchanged numbers so he could pick us up early if we wanted. Easy to book through the Coach Company, though would recommend not using the Buddy Pay and take the money from the rest of the passengers yourself as it is not the best way to split the bill. Was able to speak to Dave and the team at the Coach Company when required to sort out last minute details. A good service all round.

We travelled to Cheltenham from Bath on 2 consecutive, each with a different driver but both equally as great. Both arrived in early which was nice and the first offered to take a group photo of us before we left. Both were very chatty which is always a bonus. Couldn't recommend the company more. Very fairly priced too.

Dave at the coachcompany managed to find us five coaches at short notice for a school trip. The coaches were all new, clean and on time and the drivers were friendly and professional. We couldn't have asked for better service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I used the Coach Company to organise transport for a party of just over 250 for a university society ball. During the organisation process there were a number of obstacles from my side of the booking, but the Coach Company were very accommodating and supportive, with travel advisor Dan who was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The final booking had to made at short notice but it was sorted hassle free. The trip itself worked smoothly with very relaxed drivers and even though a bus broke down before the event, another was sent swiftly. I would highly recommend the Coach Company to anyone who is wanting transportation.

It is impossible to fault the service provided. We hired a minibus for 9 people to take us on a round trip to Edinburgh from Alnwick to watch a rugby international. The hiring process was easy and the sales advisor I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. We were advised the day before of the driver’s name and mobile number and asked to contact him if we had any queries. Mark the driver phoned me an hour before the pick up time and he arrived 30 minutes early with a 19 seater coach. Mark was pleasant and professional throughout and due to the bad weather he dropped us off and picked us up from various points around Edinburgh’s and was always there at the agreed time. I can only reiterate that the service provided by the coach company and the driver was faultless and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them unreservedly.
