We had a great trip. It was a smooth ride and the drivers were really helpful and informative so we could plan stops etc. As one delegate said - Shabbir was our MVP. Even though someone left an item behind, this was quickly identified and kept safe so we could arrange return. Thank you

Asked for a quote from this company and then got hundreds of emails and texts from them even when I told them I was no longer interested. They were then really rude when I emailed again to ask them to stop the constant harassment.

I booked a coach with this company for our charity fashion show in London, the company offered us a quote and said everything was fine, we paid £920 and two days later I received an email (Did not have the decency to call me) saying 'due to unforeseen circumstances' they would have to cancel our booking. My question is why take our money and assure us everything was fine when in reality there was not a coach available. We have now been left scrambling trying to find ways to get all of our staff to the show, I would avoid this company, trust me look elsewhere, you can find something better.

We were picked up right on pick up time, driver Taz would superb on the way up and way down super helpful and outgoing. Will definitely be using this service again.

Big liars, they say they work with only reputable depots yet I was let down. Once I made the claim to their team I had to chase up almost one month later as no one had responded. Only for them to eventually respond and give me a completely wrong account of what actually happened that day and take no responsibility for the errors. I have call logs showing how many times we had to try to call the driver to get an answer, these are timed and dated. Their team member specifically said “oh yes this depot has done this before” when I called to complain. And now the company is saying this was a mistake by that colleague.

I called to book for a coach in September due to train strikes and needing our team not to be stranded. When I was passed to Adam the sales person, I was scolded for not using their quote in a booking in March and that I would need to make payment that day for them to keep the booking. (Note- if you look for an additional 10 minutes on google you can find a quote for half the price). Such weird sales and customer service to tell someone off for not using a previous quote when they’re buying from you?! It left a bad taste in my mouth but it was a super busy day and I didn’t have time to compare quotes, so I booked and paid on the day. Received confirmation of transport. 2 days later, on the Sunday, I then got an email saying that I would need to pay an additional £150 on top of the £550 because they didn’t actually book the transport on the day. What?! I spent 2 hours away from my family on a day out on a Sunday trying to find a company that was open for alternative options and found a great coach company charging just £300, so went with them. Moral of the story don’t use this company; they will be rude, try to charge you double market rate, and then ask you to pay even more. It seems exploitative to me. If you can, shop around for a little while and you will find some great, honest options.

So heartbreaking my daughter was putting her young partner who died suddenly to rest on the 22/09/23 when this horrible coach firm who we paid a lot of money to who we thought was reliable to take us to church and crem then back home . 1 hour of this man’s time we was going to take up . He dropped us off at the church and took off saying we was all drinking . This poor excuse of a man took us to the service station to buy beer to raise a glass , he then told us getting off to leave the coach to clean when we get back on the coach . So due to this man doing this 30 members on the coach didn’t see their best friend get buried . Believe me this is not getting left it cost everyone £300 between 4 to get back home already heartbroken due to burying a best friend then this on top . I will be going higher you have left the wrong people behind on the wrong day you horrible company .

Took us to lay are friend to rest 2.5 hours away from Wigan and didn’t return for us!!!!!!! DO NOT USE COMPANY!!!!!!!

The experience with this company is shocking! The driver on 8th September told us he was not even a bus driver he was a black cab driver and advised he had never driven a minibus before which was extremely worrying. He was moody and rude the whole 8-hour journey. He told us we could only have 1 stop for the whole journey which is ridiculous we had to have a bit of a battle to convince him to let us have more than 1 stop for an 8 hour journey. He also said that we should have been told that its only 1 stop. If that is a rule then that is disgusting for an 8-hour journey! It was 30 degrees outside, and the van had no cold air or air-con and we were not allowed to open windows which was unbearable. The return journey 9th September gets worse! We firstly paid an extra £75.00 for the driver to take us home an hour earlier the original time was 10:30am and we changed it to 9:30am. For one I do not know why it is £75 charge when all your automated email responses say £50.00 to change booking. Secondly with many calls to the driver on the Sunday morning asking where he is, the ETA times kept changing and he kept saying he was going to be 20 minutes late each phone call. He did not pick us up until 11:00am which was even later than the original time! The driver had not slept he said he was up since 3:00am and he was veering all over the place and I did not feel safe. We had to stop for him to have a 45 minute nap on the way home and we did not get home until 7:30pm! This whole experience has been stressful and not enjoyable to say the least after spending about £2500 you expect a much better service. I have tried to leave a complaint and want some money back for this awful experience but no one is returning my calls. Do not use! They do not seem like a proper company like their website suggests.

Booking with The Coach Company was really simple and the best price I could find! Our driver was on time for both our journeys and the coach was comfortable.

Drivers were very friendly and coach turned up early. Comfy coach with charging ports etc. Stopped as and when we asked for breaks. Altogether an easy and good experience

Would give 0 stars if I could. I completely regret using this company for my wedding day transport and I actually wish I hadn't used a coach at all. I must warn other customers to not use this company for wedding transport. I have so many complaints for this company I have to list them in bullet points: - Service and communications sharply declined as soon as I parted with money for my deposit and was moved to the ops team. The emails became short and rude - I was unable to bring froward the coach pickup by 15 minutes. This simple request involved about 10 emails and phonecalls with short, rude responses - mostly from the staff member Ray. I attempted to escalate to his manager on multiple occasions and these requests were blatantly ignored until I spoke on the phone. - I ended up having to move my wedding ceremony time back by 30 minutes - I was concerned that they would let me down on the day so I sent 2 emails in the preceding 2 weeks to double check all was in hand for a timely pickup on the day. I was assured it was all in hand - On my wedding day, 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up (13.20) I received a call from Ray saying that they will not be able to pick up from there but will have to meet at a different location. This turned out ok but not what I need to be dealing with as a bride getting ready and about to leave imminently. Especially as you had these details for so long - how could this realisation come so last minute? - The second coach arrived at the pickup spot 40 minutes late. I received no phonecall saying that your driver was running late. I found out by a guest that the coach had not arrived so I had to make the call to your company literally as I was about to leave for my wedding. - I received a dithering phonecall from Ray whilst I was in my own wedding car travelling to my ceremony - I was unable to enjoy my own wedding transport - This blunder meant we were 45min late to start (on top of the 30 minute pushback we had to make for our ceremony back in April to accommodate your company), which had a chain reaction of pushing every other part of the day back, not to mention the embarrassment of our overseas relatives all being stuck at the hotel.  - Many of those guests ended up finding alternative transport to get to the venue - driving themselves, taxis and even lifts from the hotel staff - so this journey was essentially non-existent for most of the passengers in spite of having paid £1600 for it (was meant to be for 49 people) - This is a lot of money for a service which was not provided. - It caused me a huge amount of stress literally in the minutes leading up to my wedding ceremony and in total my wedding lost 1.5 hours due to this coach company. Absolutely unforgivable - They consider that £150 (9%) is reasonable compensation for this after I spent £1600 on this service - I disagree. I cannot emphasise enough that this is a company that is not fit for wedding transport. I didn't ask for luxury - all I asked for was punctuality to get my guests to the ceremony on time. If you are in the business of providing wedding transport you must be aware of the importance of this and ensuring decent organisation and communication so you are not disturbing the bride as she makes her way to the aisle. They absolutely failed to do that. I sincerely think they spoilt my big day and I wish I hadn't bothered with coach hire let alone used this company. All I can do now is hope that others will not be affected and urge other brides to not use them - it was the worst decision and my biggest regret regarding that special day.

Great customer service from the moment I contacted them. Very helpful staff as well as significant following up of our booking requirements which gave us assurance. Both journeys were on time and the drivers were very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Bad Customer Service Response: Coaches booked for a wedding. I am the wedding planner who coordinated this wedding for my clients and their guests. My communication with the Coach Company was via my business email. I ended up paying twice for an extra coach for evening guests as there was nobody around to speak with. We are now trying to get the second payment refunded. Please find below all the details that hopefully explains the mix up: Following a call from one of the guests to me at 05.45am for the wedding on the 5th August, I spoke to lady in your office, to explain that the driver had turned up on the wrong day. Due to nobody being available for me to speak to regarding the booking there was nothing we could have done at this time then to pay another amount and was then told we could put a claim in for a refund. Despite the number of emails that were being sent to me from different people it wasn't surprising there was so much confusion. Over the last few weeks, I have sent numerous emails to their Claims team, Ops Team, Refunds, Complaints, but no one has replied. I appreciate that things can go wrong, but the customer service is terrible. Particularly in this case where they have taken money twice for a service where the driver turned up on the wrong day!
