The Coach Company did an excellent job in planning the pre-international flight trip for my family down from Scotland to London. We had the whole family: 2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant + 2 cats, 1 large dog. They suggested a Mercedes Vito for the job and it was luxurious comfort with still being 1/3 the cost of me hiring and driving myself. Our driver was superb; friendly without being too talkative, he was patient with us, and managed to time stops with the kids really well. I couldn't be happier and would choose these guys any time I'm back in the UK. Top job!

Managed to book a coach for sports team with 4 hours notice after original provider let us down. Then the next week managed to book a fleet to take multiple teams all over the South West at fairly reasonable prices. Easier process start-to-finish. Highly recommend.

Got a quote for a mini bus in November last year for a fairly short transfer. It was £200 pounds more than 2 taxis. Tonight I received an email from robert asking why I didn’t use them and would I use them in the future. I replied to the email ONLY for the server to fail to deliver. Con? Who knows? Beware!

Booking process with Bjorn was efficient and simple. I had a quote within 24 hours. The quote was reasonable and in fact, we were assigned a bus quite a bit bigger than we had asked for and were able to invite more guests to travel with us (without incurring any extra charge). Our driver was patient and pleasant, even though it took us longer than we expected to get the 15 children we had with us, out of the venue. The children were very well behaved but they were singing snd talking loudly but this was no problem for our driver. I would recommend The Coach Company.

The whole process from start to finish was made easy for me by Dave at The Coach Company. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer with last minute changes etc. and I was so impressed with the service. The coach driver was also very professional, polite and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this company anytime you need coach transport.

The Coach Company were fantastic! Easy to book, great service and fantastic value for money. 100% would use again!

bjorn was very good at gettting back to me and changing set off times when i required him to a few times.

Many thanks to Dave and the team - helped no end with my changes and requests (sorry Dave!!) for 3 coaches for our corporate event - even supplied some marshals for the day and the drivers were super helpful. Will def use again

The coach driver was very accommodating and help full and the coach was comfortable and clean. Communication with company was 1st class and a very reasonably priced. They even retrieved lost property and sent it back to us we had left on the coach. I will be using again.

I would have given them no stars but didn’t have that option!! Horrendous Mickey Mouse company!!! We had a bus booked for 3 months…took deposit then paid in full and then 3 days before our Christmas party they cancelled on us!!!! To make matters worse they haven’t refunded us the full amount yet!!! Nick…the manager/boss told me it was against the law to refund a bank transfer by any other way and we had to wait 5 working days!!!!! Have you ever heard anything soooo ridiculous!!!! So not only have they let us down at the last minute but have no customer service at all…still not fully refunded our money (which you think is the least they could do) and lastly no apology off Nick!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Totally and utterly rubbish…not to be trusted!!!

After being let down by another company with 2 days to go before an event, with 7 coaches now left in the lurch, melvyn and his team worked quickly to complete my request. The communication was clear and the team in the ops centre couldn't do enough. After being stung by the previous company I was very worried and nervous but the team reassured me throughout updating me with drivers details ect. When picking our guests up at midnight the drivers were professional and made sure everyone was safe and sound. We even left a bag behind which contained car keys and a laptop and the Liverpool driver particularly were amazing in getting it back to us. I will use the company again. Even though they are a travel managment company who use other drivers, the whole thing was smooth and a massive success compared to our first disappointment. We can’t Thankyou enough! Booked through a very friendly helpful agent. Explained everything, received lots of emails confirming all destinations and pick up times. Driver lovely and on time picking up at both ends. Very very happy with the service and would definitely use again. Probably best suited for going to parties etc unless you specify what your trip is for. Eg VIP

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered an “Executive Mini Bus” with leather interior etc, I got a “School Bus” complete with cloth interior and a yellow children crossing sticker on the back. Pretty embarrassing when your transporting VIP’s to a key event in Westminster

After reading the reviews I was somewhat anxious as I had booked after reading these comments. I spoke to an amazing guy called Dave who really went above and beyond his role in order to locate a driver and minibus within less than 12 hours. We had booked with another local company who couldn’t full fill the booking due to Covid. The driver rang when he was on his way and was a really nice guy. Our pick up was 0415 in the morning after a huge event of thousands of people leaving at the same time. There was no panic the driver rang at pick up time and stayed on the phone providing exact directions to his location. Overall I thought the whole process was first class and will be booking for all my future events

I booked a coach in July paid in full, got 2 email confirmations and a call to say its all booked. Even got a text the night before with the drivers name and pick up time. Come Sept, my son’s 16th Birthday, 24 people expecting to go on a day activity to Delemere Lake….no coach!!! Called the company and they say sorry the depo made a booking error! Absolute fuming!! I had to pay taxi fare for all of the group and we lost out on half the time of the planned activity. I logged a complaint and after a week I got a full refund. I have tried to escalate the matter to management with no response! Do not bother booking with the coach company. What a let down!

What an absolute let down. Booked a coach to take 28 people to the races a couple of weeks ago after asking for a quote, spoke to a very nice gentleman who took my details and my money, assuming that a coach was available on the day requested and had been allocated to my outing. To then be told 4 days before we are due to go on our day out that they now dont have a coach available and a refund would be sent back to me asap. I received a text, email(which went in spam) and a call (which i could not answer at the time of the call) I then phoned to ask why and got a very rude unhelpful person at the coach company who not in the exact words more or less told me tough, go elsewhere. I have had to try and find another coach company to take us with no notice whatsoever to no avail and now have to tell 27 people that unfortunately i cannot provide them transport as promised due to the unprofessional, ill mannered, unreliable, coach company that i booked with with no sorries or remorse to their actions. My 1 star is for the polite man who took my money deceivingly knowing i may be let down. Do not use these people they are a disgrace, they take your money, lie and are very rude

Do not use this company! We booked a minibus for a very important event and the 'driver' TEXT me at 9.15pm the night prior to say they were sorry but could not pick us up at 9am the next morning even though we had paid in full! Doncaster races were on so I was struggling to find a minibus for everyone - 15 people who all live over Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire. Thankfully I found someone who could help us but he told me that the Coach Company had contacted him the week before about the job I had booked but were under paying him so he declined the job. He knew that someone would be having to try and find a driver with a minibus for the next Friday. I tried calling the 'driver' that text me but he wouldn't answer the call. I tried ringing the office but at 9.30pm no one answered. I found out that this company do not even own their own minibuses/coaches and they outsource them from other drivers. Apparently they do this a lot and let customers down. We are still waiting for our refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!
