Very high standards bus very clean lovely driver very good time keeping and well mannered driving was perfect got to out destination on time even through heavy traffic but all in all we had the perfect journey thank you again looking forward to our next outing with your company x
I cannot fault the professionalism or courtesy of the coach driver, who despite having to wait through several delays still managed to get us to our destination half an hour earlier than we were projected to arrive. However it seems the company may have given the wrong pick up details to some of the passengers. Myself and several families were told to wait at stand C Picadilly for collection only for an unmarked coach to arrive at a different stop of the other side of the road which was waiting at least 5 minutes before the driver called over to ask if we were going to Alton Towers. After this, we made two other stops where none of the passengers scheduled to be picked up were there, and despite the driver going out of his way to wait for them and give them a chance to arrive, they never did, so we had to leave without them. This makes me think the company may have given other customers the wrong pick up location too. Despite this, the notifications we received in five minutes intervals until the coach arrived to remind us how far off the coach was were very helpful and reassuring. I'm posting this here and not on the company website because every time I try to submit my review it says it has failed for some reason.
A lot wrong- Dramatic price increase (of over £400) several weeks AFTER I’d booked and paid a deposit. I was then stuck with this as other companies had got booked up in the meantime. Staff were very keen to offer flexibility about pick ups etc (to get me to book) and then denying this had been offered. I was not told clearly that they are not using their own coaches (they talk about having a ‘depot’) but they are actually acting as a middleman which means that making changes is difficult as they need to contact the companies who are supplying the vehicles. So making any change or getting response to a query can take days. I booked 2 minibuses but was not given both drivers’ numbers on the day despite the 2 coaches coming from 2 different companies. Reps did not deal with things quickly and did not returning phone calls which made dealing with very simple queries very difficult and time-consuming. Only good thing was the final rep I dealt with (Priya) who was the only one who actually was polite enough to reply to messages and deal with things immediately. The actual drivers were fine but it would have been better if I’d booked direct with them and not through this company.
Our experience traveling to Alton Towers with 36 young people was truly exceptional, thanks to our fantastic driver and the excellent coach services. Our Journey was great, our driver Faz was 10/10. Communication from the company before hand was brilliant, Faz made us feel very welcome and catered to any needs we had such as additional toilet stops. All round amazing service and will be highly recommending to people. Thank you.

horrible !!!! everything is mess. The tour is scheduled for August 22, so I submitted the passenger list and all to the company at the end of May, and then I inquired about how things were going, but I didn't hear from them. In the end, I got an email telling me to wait because the contents I sent were handed over to the team more than a month later. I've tried to contact them numerous times, but I couldn't reach the person in charge. Whenever I call, he is busy or on break. they said he would check and contact me later, but they didn't keep their promise every time. It's so hard to work with them. I don't intend to do business with this company in the future. I'm going to work with another company. I'm a person who works for an agency, so I'm under so much stress because I've been getting so much complaints from my partner company. Even now, I'm worried about what if the coach company doesn't work properly. If things don't go well, I don't think there's anyone in this company who will be responsible. The bus rental fee is already fully paid. I regret doing business with this company so much.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I made a booking for my friend's stag-do and everything went mostly well, initially. They were responsive to give me a quote and answered some of my questions. However, no one ever paid attention to anything in my emails. I would say I live in California and I would get them calling me at 03:00 to ask me a question. I would have to say the same things in multiple emails because the responder neglected to read fully the previous one. I even had someone call me and act rudely to me because I was still coordinating the original pickup location with other partygoers. When the original plans fell through and I was able to manoeuvre a new plan, I asked for a revised quote. It should have been lower due to it being a shorter distance and less time, but they didn't drop the price at all. When I asked for a reason, I didn't get a single response, so I decided to start looking for a new company. When I found the new company, I got a quote for £250 less so I asked to cancel my booking with The Coach Company. I almost immediately got a response telling me I have now forfeited my entire deposit and that the booking was cancelled. I was never informed of the deposit being non-refundable. I spoke with a representative on the phone before making the deposit and he told me it was refundable. If I had known it was not refundable, I would not have made any deposit. Now the company is refusing to refund me my money and not answering any attempts to reach out. I'm ready to do a chargeback on my credit card for misleading terms. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
Company refused to refund a deposit that was paid on Friday and cancelled the following Monday. Didn't provide and T&C's to confirm their refund policy. Firm sent me an e-mail requesting feedback about the trip before the actual trip. Difficult to get hold of - will not consider in the future.
TCC really helped us out with our school trip with a last-minute coach as our student numbers increased unexpectedly. They got us what we needed in less than 24 hours and were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I can only give 4/5 as the magic extra bus broke down! I am sure it is nobody's fault, but it is something that can cause some problems when dealing with transporting young people and meeting entry slot deadlines for attractions. Thankfully, it worked out in the end. I would consider using them again.

Peter Barnes organised a 60 seater for the The People's Show Choir to travel for an all day event picking up at Sutton and Wolverhampton. We were kept informed and regularly recieved emails to ensure our booking was correct. The driver details was sent to me on the day before. Azziz and the coach arrived on time and we were very pleased with the smart comfortable coach. We were all instructed to wear our seat belts, which were all in working order. The journey went without any problem, collecting other members of the choir in Wolverhampton. Azizz dropped us as close to our venue as he could, with such a large coach. We arranged to meet the coach at the same spot at 5pm. Azziz was waiting with a smile! We had a jolly time travelling back, as we sang "Somebody To Love" which Azziz said he thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Peter for administering our booking and Azziz for looking after us so well!
