I know this company has a policy that they don’t compensate delayed flights but it can happen and it can happen multiple times. I was new to uk understanding its ways and came from so far to london to pickup my family. Their flight was delayed for which they charged me a double the amount even though they adjusted their schedule and was not disturbed and it was the same driver they still couldn’t favored it out. After that due to some storm in london the flight got more delayed and the company was just asking the driver to leave without us until they have charged another triple amount. I paid a really high amount for a 30 min drive. It was better to hire uber. I know most of this is in your policy but you really need to change this if someone is paying this much just give them a few hours with the car. One person told me that we can push the time forward without any cost then the next told me you have to pay another high amount because we have to book you a new driver then the third person told me that they adjusted their schedule and he is going to do the later job before you. I think you definitely shouldn’t have charged this much. No hard feelings though i just really want you to consider this policy of yours so people can get s bit comfortable

Recently, I had the pleasure of arranging transportation for our society's annual event through Evan Sheehan, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately well-and-truly scammed... We had problems with the Engine Warning Light System on our coach, stopping at the M40 services to switch drivers (unrelated). The new driver did not want to take on the additional risk following the crashing of his coach! It is clear the company have lied to get through several loop-holes rather than fulfil their contract, likely in part or in whole due to a lack of replacement I suspect! They left pensioners and the vulnerable abandoned at the M40 services in 2'degree weather and with no suitable replacements! Absolutely scandalous. As for myself I never got to where I planned to go and practically cried myself the entire way home! Costing more money no-one has on things that were already booked and arranged. Shame on you...

The booking process was very straight forward. I received prompt responses from Peter Barnes, who handled my booking and was very friendly. My guests spoke very highly of Ian the driver who made the journey fun. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.

Kris was on time and prompt at responding. He was extremely patient while we herded our 70 passengers up and took us our destination with no issues. I will definitely be using the Coach Company for any future trips.

Quick/easy/good value for money. I would definitely recommend the coach company. Peter was great and very helpful with my booking.
