We were really disappointed with the kind of vehicle that was provided it was old and made a whole lot of noise all through the journey. I sent a message earlier but no one responded to it. However the driver was very pleasant and made the journey a bit bearable. .
All coaches arrived on time, the journey was quick and easy and the buses were clean and safe. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you for all your help!

Hi, Thecoachcompany.co.uk owns coachhire.com.au amongst many other "front" companies around the world. My experience and treatment by their company was despicable and something everyone needs to know. They cover-up inexcusable no-show of coaches by blaming others and technology. EG. It took 2 weeks for them to acknowledge that the coach did not arrive then blamed their contractors. Thecoachcompany.co.uk tried to have me remove this review in that they tried to have me think that they had nothing to do with their Aussie local company. That just reflects their attitude of covering up. They have great salespeople who can sell a product, but their ops people are letting them down BADLY. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would have.
driver was always on time and we did not have to worry about the driver showing up. Wesley was a massive help as well and was always on hand when we needed things to be swapped and changed last minute
An excellent experience from start to finish. Pete dealt with our initial enquiry very promptly and provided a prompt, comprehensive and competitive quote. He followed up and the system provided regular updates and confirmations which was very reassuring. On the trip day, the driver arrived promptly. On the return journey, he collected us from directly outside the venue, on time , in central London. No easy feat. Overall a very satisfactory experience and I would definitely recommend and use again.
The coach company were great and the whole trip ran smoothly. I’ve organised a few of these trips and the coach company were by far the easiest to work with. The bus drivers were very good and professional. Bjornk was very helpful and easy to contact which made the whole process more straightforward. Couldn’t recommend enough.
The coach, was on time, and just as i was expecting...clean and luxury comfort. The driver (Tye) was superb, music ready to go, and could not do too much for us. Would be my preferred choice if i need to book a coach again for sure.
The Coach Company were great from start to finish. They made the process as smooth as possible, and had clear communication. We hired two coaches, with 84 passengers on board. It helped that we requested drivers details to pass onto lead passengers (only provided 24 hours before), so the journey pick up time and location was seamless. Thank you, would deffo use again!

After calling many companies for a last minute booking I finally came across the coach company. They were able to quickly offer me a coach at a reasonable price. The coach was super comfortable and spacious. The coach arrived on time. Driver was very friendly, calm, cool and understanding. The drive to London and back was superb and in good time.
Confirm bookings and then tell you two days later that they hadn’t actually checked availability before taking your money… so would you like to pay twice as much to secure the booking you’ve already paid for? Er, no thanks. Yes they refund you, but what’s the point of a business not prepared to honour deals it’s already made? Silver lining: once it became apparent that they were wasting my time, it only took one phone call to get a much better price than ‘the best they could possibly do’.
Genuienly a life saver. I was travelling back with several colleagues and all the trains were cancelled due to a storm. Within some quick few calls we were able to secure a coach just 2 hours in advance and for a decent price! Would highly recommend.

The coach was very comfortable and super clean. Our driver for the day was Mark Turner. One of the best drivers we had since we started travelling with groups. Communication was very good, he has punctual, friendly and professional. He helped us to have amazing time in Liverpool. We felt safe all the time on the road. Amazing service. The coach was perfect for our needs and as described. Kept well informed ahead of the journey and Jeremy, our driver, was top class. Flexible regarding times etc. which we needed with 30 people! Really good experience would definitely recommend.

Pete, the sales coordinator, truly went above and beyond to ensure the booking was sought, even working late to get a coach. His dedication and willingness to solve the problem quickly and efficiently impressed us all. I highly recommend The Coach Company for their outstanding service, and especially commend Pete for his exceptional customer care. We will definitely be using their services again in the future!
Very poor company. Logistics and organisation were a shambles. Very little information given to the customer. No clear information for people arriving at an airport. There is simply NO information given. After countless extremely long phone calls to this company, did I find out that the passengers need to find the 'Coach Marshall' at the airport. Now, had I been given this information right at the beginning, either verbally, or on your website (BTW. there's no useful information regarding airport pick ups on their site) I would NEVER had made this booking. I feel like I have been coaxing information out of them every step of the way - I have had to find out virtually all the information as I go, off my own back. The only smooth, informative process I experienced was with your sales team, which is an interesting scenario – taking the booking and taking the money. After this, I was on my own trying to find out information - Where does the coach pick up? Where is the Coach Marshall? I was told you will easily see the Marshalls walking around the airport, they are in hi-viz jackets with "Coach Marshall" written on the back. There were no such people at the airport. So, durther misleading information. I found out later, that my passengers were informed that the Coach Marshalls are not actually situated in the airport but are in the coach park! Ah come on, this is basic information and Mybus4u should know this, but they don't! Terrible. Also, this company was in contact with my passenger contact and MyBus4U staff informed them that "Express Pick-Up" was NOT the place for where to pick up the coach. But in fact it WAS the place where to pick up the bus as the driver had arrived there and was waiting for them to pick them up. An absolute mess from this company. It appears to me their staff do not have the required information when dealing with a booking like this. BUT its not that difficult to get this information right. Also, if I hadn't called the driver directly and asked what his registration number was, what vehicle it was, what colour the vehicle was, then I doubt this pick up would have happened at all as, frankly, it was a mess by MyBus4U from start to finish. It is their job to get this right and inform the customer with clear, concise information. To me, they have taken the booking, taken the money, then hoped for the best, and hoped that everything will just fall into place. Ridiculous company and a shambles from start to finish. Keep your money, and go elsewhere for you transport needs. Also, I have made an official complaint to them over a week ago. I haven't heard back from them yet. In fact, I haven't even had an acknowledgement of my email to them. absolutely nothing. So, they haven't even got a procedure in place for that. I will also add, that one of the (male) operators in the operations department seemed to treat everything as a joke, making a joke and singing a song to me about my lead passenger's contact name. I didn't find this funny. It was immature and unprofessional. In the same way that I don't find it funny the lack of care that you give your customers. I await your response to my complaint here and my email sent to you. UPDATE: My details - booking reference number, email and phone contact have just been sent to you to verify my booking and send me back a reply.
