The Coach Company were thorough and helpful in fulfilling our last minute and unpredictable booking and their communication was great and reassuring. The lead passenger was very happy with the drivers too. They basically made the wedding day go as smoothly as it could, transport wise. Thank you!

Recently used the coach company for a works outing from Manchester to Chester. There were 30 of us and I have to say the coach was immaculate, the driver prompt and very friendly and overall was a fantastic service offers by the office staff and mark the driver. Reliable: that's what you want from a coach company and that's what they proved to be. Calling right after the quote to make sure it's been processed, and multiple emails to check that all the info are correct. Without even talking about the reasonable prices. Absolutely recommended!

Perfect coach journey. Driver was on time each way even though there was an accident on our return journey. I was very happy with the driver keeping us upto date. Clean and tidy on the inside of the cabin and plenty of room for the 10 of us.

Very impressed by our driver, Raf. He was courteous, polite, well presented, drove carefully, was helpful with our stowed items and punctual. The coach was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I booked 2 tickets for a trip to Alton towers, only to be told 4 days before going that the service was cancelled, there was no alternative offered and a refund will take 10 days to be deposited back into my account, meaning it is unlikely that I can book another mode of transport due to the amount of time the refund will take, the tickets were a birthday gift and not booked through the company, when I asked about this I was told ‘managers are all in a meeting’ and they will call back, haven’t heard since. So not only have I lost the only direct route, I have also lost a birthday present and it is literally money down the drain, I’m so disappointed. It should be more clear that they can cancel your booking at a moments notice as this would have made me think twice, but they also shouldn’t take your payments until it is confirmed that the service is running.

Our Driver, Harun, was great, arriving early for both pick ups. He was very accommodating and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Will definitely use you guys again. Thanks 😁

Fantastic customer service, recently made a mistake on a quote I needed urgently for a corperate event so I called up to fix it, and Hakim Kharbouch fixed it immediately for me and definitely saved my bacon!

Booked trip for August over 3 months in advance. Paid deposit only to be told 2 weeks later they cannot fulfil the order but funnily enough I'd be able to upgrade to exec bus for £175 extra. Only saving grace was plenty of notice and refunded quickly so not end of the world but not great impression for a firm.

I requested a quote months ago and after responding many times expressing how I no longer need their services they seem to constantly text and email, stating they have tried to call me but never do try and call. I have asked them to take me off of their system and they have failed to do so, resulting in me blocking their exam and phone number. I wouldn’t want to use a company who bombard people so much.

Possibly the worst bus company I have used in my 37 years, a group of 30 with 15 kids all under 10 some as young as 3!!! First off our flight was delayed and the bus driver kept calling to say he was leaving without us, surely as a bus company close to Stansted Airport they are used to flights being delayed clearly not our fault. After we get on our bus the journey was only 1 hour and he drops us at the wrong hotel a full 15 minutes from our destination and started to take all our bags off the bus and refused to bring us to our hotel as in the drivers words "his time was up and had to go to bed" it's was 6pm..he told us he had been up since 5am, again nothing got to do with our booking!! The most ignorant,rude, obnoxious person I have ever come across and this company should be ashamed of themselves for having drivers like this. My kids where suppose to be enjoying a few days away instead they where told they where going to be left at the wrong hotel and no way of getting to our destination! I never go the drivers name!! PLEASE DO NO BOOK THIS BUS COMPANY!!

Constant communication from the team before the journey. Driver was early and patient, waiting for everyone and navigated some small country lanes well. The only issue was (not really an issue, more of a nice to have) we were told we were getting a top of the range coach and the radio didn’t work. The football team wanted to play music as they had won their cup final and were excited but were unable to do so - not a massive problem but would have been a nice to have for the occasion.

The experience has been great. Everyone on the phone was accommodating and everything was explained clearly. On the day the driver was friendly and very flexible, picking us up slightly early which meant we could all get home a little bit earlier.
