Booked a Minibus for 15 people - arrived on time and all staff I dealt with were lovely and really helpful. Even allowed me to add another person onto the booking free of charge! Would 100% recommend :)

I booked a coach months before our event. A week before they told us they could only get within 10 minute walk of the venue. Three days before they told me there was no available coach after all although they could find one for an extra £400 if I got back to them before 5pm. I reluctantly decided I had to accept this and was then told there was no coach at all after all - even though it was only 4pm. THey did at least provide a refund but I am not happy.

Johnny has assisted and helped me in multiple transports and has set up a worry free experience with no issues. The Driver was on time, worked with us on multiple arrivals and drove great for the 2 hour trip.

Thank you for the incredible communication throughout planning our coach journeys. We will definitely be using your services again.

Easy booking, competitive prices and friendly staff

We recently used The Coach Company to transport us to and from a hen do for 60 people and can not recommend them enough! From first booking to being dropped off at the end of the night it went seamlessly and without a hitch! Also our driver Tom was so accommodating. We were taken care of from start to finish!

I cannot warn people against this company enough! I am absolutely appalled by this company’s conduct. We paid for extended refund cover for a fundraiser we were organising. Unfortunately I became ill and the event could no longer go ahead. Got a Drs cert straight away to cover myself. They said they wouldn’t count it as it was Telehealth and not in person (you can’t do in person appointments for respiratory illness in my state). When we pointed out that wasn’t in their terms and conditions they stopped responding and actually changed their terms and conditions online! Luckily we have screen shots and printed copy’s of the terms and condition but now we have to take them to small claims court. They have not responded to any emails and refuse to discuss this over the phone. Meanwhile the event we were fundraising for will more than likely not be able to go ahead as they’re withholding almost 1k.

Organisation of the service was smooth and easy and on the day all was as expected, no concerns, I would happily use this company again.

On actual day, everything was perfect. The mini bus was punctual and very professional. Due to this, the afternoon went very smoothly and the event was a success! The only negative point I would make is was after obtaining a quote, once transferred to outsourcing department there was a misunderstanding and I had to pay extra.

Excellent customer service and soured a coach for a last minute booking for our school fixture. Will be definitely be using this company again.

Asked for a quote from this company on 31st Jan, got a quote back the next day. From then until now (20th Mar), I received another 38 emails and 26 text messages from them asking about the quote. I've replied 6 times via email and 5 times via email during this period saying I've found another coach company and I'm not interested. If you keep emailing/texting a potential client, it won't make them use you, it will do the opposite!

Excellent service, early on both pickups, cheap prices and would certainly use again.

Minibus arrived on time in great condition, Diane (our driver) was extremely professional and friendly. the journey was smooth and the return trip arrived on time and everything went as expected. very good overall

Ray was really helpful in organising our event and there was no issue on the day. However there was a strong fuel smell on the bus causing a few colleagues to feel a bit unwell

I was very happy with the quality of service. I was kept fully informed of the status of my booking and received several reminders and opportunities to double check the arrangements. The driver's name and contact number were sent to me in advance and the coach turned up in good time. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver was courteous and professional. We felt we were in safe hands. Highly recommended!

Having used local Taxi companies previously for an Annual corporate event which ended up very disjointed I tried TCC in the hope of a more professional experience. I was not disappointed and even though our group was traveling internationally to London a City we have zero connections with I was impressed that the communication leading up to the initial collection and the driver being exactly where he was supposed to be throughout the various pickups throughout the night was as seamless as promised. I would have no hesitation in using the service again be it London or any other more Local UK city they service. Thanks
