The booking process was easy and efficient, our coach arrived on time and brought us to the airport. I recommend using this company. Their follow-ups are prompt and the adviser we dealt with was very helpful.

I hired a coach from this firm ( that is a loose term btw ) and paid the deposit required. A MONTH before we were to have a coach I was informed that due to ' unforseen circumstances ' our coach was cancelled. When i eventually got through to talking to a human person she told me that the unforseen circumstances was that they couldnt get a driver ! I told them that this was a feeble and pathetic excuse and told them that i could get them in touch with at least three agencies that could supply them a driver. After a bit more pathetic talk from them she put the phone down on me. DON'T GO WITH THIS EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. If i could have given them a minus star i would have.

The coach company helped me organise a hospitality day at the Guinness 6 nations wales v England. They helped me find the best deal and were accommodating of last minute changes. They even upgraded my coach! The driver was ready to collect us in the evening again and allowed us to stop en route to assist a member of our party who was worse for wear. Excellent value and created a memorable trip

Johnny was very helpful and friendly as always over the phone and made sure that all arrangements were made quickly. Despite the booking being made only a week before it was all sorted with ease. The coach drivers rang me beforehand to double check the locations and timings so that there were no delays which I really appreciated.

Driver was on time and had no issues throughout the journey outward and return. 5 star service

Could be happier with the experience bus was there at 10.30 on the button and was due to leave at 11 phone call recived to advise bus was outside, as was a stags there was a few lads running late even tho bus was due to leave at 11 this was no issue waiting return trip was the same bus was waiting on use as soon as we left the races no issue with a few drinks either on the bus great company made the whole day

Prompt organised and professional. From making the booking to completing the return journey everything was well communicated. The booking agent Adam went out of his way to find a more suitable vehicle which took until the 11th hour as the request was put in very late.

Service was excellent. From the start Pete was great to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. Ahmed the driver was great as well. Everything went like clockwork. I definitely use the Coach Company again.

The booking process was simple and very clear, even though we had to change the itinerary, at each point we had a clear agreement which took the stress off the day. We received the driver's mobile and he communicated regularly as to expected pick ups of our guests. The driver was jolly and very accommodating on the day. The coach wasn't as luxurious as we were led to believe.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The coachcompany outsources your request to actual coach hire companies; with the agents receiving a commission on your booking. My family book with the coach company in early October for a 36 seater to accommodate 8 people and a new born baby. The 36 seater was the smallest transport with an on-board toilet. The toilet was a necessary accommodation for my partner who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The agent who did the booking said that it was important to book early to receive our coach of choice. Nevertheless, on November 15,2020, the date of our travel, a massive 52 seater arrived at our home. The size wouldn't have been a problem except that the coach WAS FILTHY INSIDE -OUT. THERE WAS RUBBISH ALL OVER, SPIT ON THE FLOORS, A DIRTY NON- FUNCTIONAL TOILET, AND THE WINDOWS WERE COVERED WITH DIRT. we had to call thecoachcompany, put in a complaint and hire other means of transport to take us on our holiday. The coachcompany refuse to refund our two thousand pounds and did not address our complaint.. Basically the coachcompany breach their contract and agreement with their customer and refuse any form of compensation.. Now my family are starting litigations in small claims court to get our 2k+ pounds back from thecoachcompany. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO DIRECT TO A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY HIRE OUT THEIR OWN FLEET.

Bus was on time. clean had charging ports and the driver contacted me directly was available with access to the bus over the day of the hire. !)/10.

We had a collection for 15 people from the hotel and returning after the event, extremely happy with the service and we even arranged an earlier collection which was no problem. Highly recommend:)

After being let down by another company last minute, the coach company saved our New Year’s Eve celebrations at Printworks. Dave provided a quote within 15 minutes and our reservation was made. The communication was fantastic and Dave reached out several times to ensure everything went smooth. Our driver was very pleasant and professional. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough !
