Johnny shaw was great for arranfing our bus at very short notice nothing was a problem, oyr driver luke was fantastic throughout our journey
Dave picked us up on time with no stress .. he was a very nice driver and our journey was perfect .. he text to say when he was outside to pick us up and was happy for us to come out when we were ready .. thank you so much ‘the coach company’ we will be using you in the future for sure 😃
Jamal are driver was very friendly and made us all feel at ease. As the journey was for a funeral it was nice having a driver who made us all feel calm and catered for the mood of the trip. He followed the hearse and was very professional.The coach company arrange the transport with little fuss and the whole experience was straight forward.
1st class service from the coach company from start to finish. Very competitive pricing. I was kept informed of my booking throughout and the drivers turned up on time and were very friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Worst company in the world. One week from travelling coach was Cancelled due to ‘coach breaking down’. Another coach for the same day would cost me an extra £500 on top of the original quote. Long story short, decided not to proceed because they are not trustworthy even after paying a deposit. ***Avoid Avoid Avoid*** for your own stress free state of mind. The positive reviews I’ve read are quite frankly NOT believable.
Even 1 star is generous. Having booked and paid for a coach you would expect it to turn up. Total shambles of a company, despite being promised ‘it’s on its way’, we were eventually told our coach had been allocated to another group and then cancelled. Definitely do not recommend
Dave was helpful in finding me coach travel last minute and sorting new coaches for a large contract I had just lost due to a coach company closing down. Would recommend!
Booked a coach and when it didn’t arrive we called the company. 3 separate calls to the them and they confirmed the driver was 15 minutes away, after 20 minutes he was 10 away, after that he was about to park up and then nothing. Eventually they admitted no coach was coming. The 45 minute delay in them admitting they weren’t coming caused multiple charity runners to miss their starting in place in the London marathon. If they’d been up front from the start we could’ve made alternative arrangements. Terrible treatment from a terrible company.
Terrible experience with The Coach Company! Our driver showed up 30 minutes late and had no idea where he was going, dropped us off in the wrong place and we had to walk in terrible weather. When we wrote to the company about our experience, they told us there would absolutely be no refund. This is the most expensive transport we used during the week and it was by far the worst experience.
After booking for a running club to get to start of London Marathon this company failed to arrive, the driver lied on several occasions stating he was on his way, finally almost 40 minutes after the booked pick up time, they just said, no coach was coming! No reason no apology just basically tough!! Disgusting attitude and clearly very little empathy.
The booking experience was good, but everything else was awful and caused a huge amount of stress. A group left stranded with very few options to get to the start line for the London Marathon on time. The coach didn’t show up, made worse by the driver being dishonest when twice insisting he wasn’t far away. Please avoid this company.
Total letdown! Didn't show up leaving 35 of us waiting for 45 minutes feeding us with 'yes we are nearly there' before they finally fessing up and telling us they were't coming at all! They caused so much stress, i wouldn't trust them . shame I couldn't give 0 stars that would be appropriate for this company. Unprofessional and unreliable.
No show for a 40+ people booking - what is even worse they lied about it!!! We had a coach for 40+ runners and spectators to take us to the London Marathon. We booked this weeks in advance and paid at the same time. When the coach was late we called, only to be told the driver was on his way. This happened several times as the minutes ticked by. Then, when the coach was 45 minutes later than booked for (and paid for in advance) the company explained they thought we had cancelled. Even though they had been stringing us along for almost an hour. This left everyone to find alternative modes of transport, during a train strike, at 8am on a sunday morning. Appalling. Will of course never use this company again and how unfair to be lied to for such a long time.
I can not praise the Sarah Pickering enough, she was on time, lovely to interact with, she got on well with our students. We even booked them for another trip the next day.
Dave at the coach company managed to book me in and find me a minibus so last minute.. literally the day before I needed it. Everything ran smoothly and on time and for such a reasonable price. I’ve used this company 3 times now and this is now my go to minibus company. They saved me when I was in desperate need and I’m very thankful.
Our driver was nothing but kind on our journey to Manchester and back - there were certain points in the drive in which we felt slightly unsafe but he was apologetic and made sure that we were calm

Our Transfer for a group of 10 was cancelled 24 hours before service without any reason. Nobody was available to contact. The group was left alone for a midnight transfer to an airport three hours away. The service was prepaid and no refund given. This company is a nightmare.
Very keen to chase down the booking but customer service ends there. I have had to cancel because the event we were attending has been cancelled due to the Queen's death. I took out the additional cancellation insurance cover - but they say that even with this, I am not entitled to a refund. The event cancellation is beyond my control and I do not understand why the company is being so unhelpful. My event has been postponed and I will; be in need of transport when it is rearranged, but they are not even prepared to offer credit note. I do not understand why the death of the Queen does not come under Force Majeure. I am a very dissatisfied customer
Fantastic booking experience however, this is where the positive ends... The booking was suddenly cancelled and when I called, I was told the coach had broken down (10 days before the booking date). There were other coaches available but further away so would cost the providing company more money. Both of these reasons seemed acceptable to the coach company and rather than honour the booking or hold the provider accountable, just said there is nothing they can do and would refund the money, leaving me to go through the whole process again at shorter notice with someone else. It will certainly be "someone else" with any future bookings as there is clearly no trust, care or confidence in booking with these again.
