Communication before the trip was seamless and very useful. Our driver was very punctual and also flexible - our group was slightly delayed because of trains, but the driver was really friendly and accommodating. Everything went really well, couldn't ask of a better service! Thank you!

Before the journey, the team were always contactable and able to answer questions. Fair pricing. The driver was on time to the minute and was able to flex around our schedule for the day which involved lots of ad-hoc changes in plans. Brilliant experience, will definitely use again.

Tim was our driver, and was very patient and considerate, and did not rush us when trying to navigate a large student group out of the airport and onto the coach.

Booked a mini bus for my friends wedding for the guests. Had nothing but helpful people on the phone and the price was fair. The bus arrived early so there was 0 concern. Then again the bus was early at the pick up point. Will happily use again. Thanks guys

I was very impressed with the service we received. Pete kept me informed before the date of our trip and made sure the pickup times and places were correct. Danny the driver got us there on time and collected us when required. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. All in all a 5 star experience.

If I could have given zero stars, I would. No communication about the expectation that we were expected to pay for the driver’s overnight and food. We hastily booked a hotel room for him, which he agreed to. On pick up, we were told that his office wanted us to pay him £150 in cash as the hotel was 13 miles away. They wanted us to stop at a services and not continue until the money was received. Absolutely horrific customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Johnny Shaw was really helpful, very responsive to emails and calls, gave excellent service and competitive rates. We struggled to find a good company to take 11 of us to London and back and Johnny made sure we had what we needed. The driver Shah arrived on time to pick up and collect us when we were ready to return and brought us back safely.

The account manager was wonderful to work with. Very professional, very accommodating and helpful. Our driver started off being very professional but towards the end of the trip was complaining and cribbing despite us even giving him tips. What started off great left a little bit of a sour taste especially since this was a business delegation with several VIPs onboard.

I made my booking via the website at late notice. Johnny S was very helpful and secured a bus for our annual trip to Kelso races. I'd strongly recommend The Coach Company to anyone.

From my first contact with Johnny Shaw of your company he was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The driver came on time to pick us up from the Hotel and waited whilst we got married and then took us back to the Hotel. He offered us the opportunity of taking a picture with me and my wife sitting at the front which was lovely. It could not have gone better.

What went wrong? Everything! It was my father's memorial service and I had ordered a mini coach to take 33 passengers from one venue to another in Liverpool. It was supposed to be a day of celebration, but the coach never turned up - much to the dismay of the passengers many of whom were in their 70's and 80's. It's now nearly 7 o clock at night and cold and wet. What were we supposed to do? When I booked the coach I discussed the negative Trustpilot reviews and was told by the very helpful sales guy that he promised this would not happen, as did the operations lady with emails of confirmation and how she promised there would be a coach waiting on time.. "We have got it secured no worries. I can assure you that"!! Oh and did I mention we had to pay extra three days before departure!! So when the mini coach pick up time came and went, no driver could be contacted and we had been abandoned, I had kind of known in my heart of hearts this would happen. Thankfully it didn't ruin the evening. I did get my money back, but I am still waiting a call from the Manager to apologise. My advice DO NOT BOOK THESE COACHES. What EVER they may say to you ... there is a VERY high chance your coach just won't turn up.

I made two coach bookings on very short notice, Johnny was accommodating and very support with my needs. He kept me informed on all the steps required and was happy to answer all questions that I requested. He followed up on requests in terms of meeting locations and prices.

Top notch service - booked at short notice, driver arrived on time and in the right place, got to the destination on time and just as good on the way back despite a little delay on our side. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. The driver was fantastic with all the children. On time from both collection points. Coach was lovely and clean and a fantastic driver on those winding roads. The coach company kept me updating on all information even down to the drivers name.
