I would highly recommend after the the recent coach hire we had for our wedding. The coach driver Euan was so friendly and went out of his way to look after the travellers. The service we have had has been friendly with great communication and I will definitely use again if we ever need a coach.

We requested The Coach Company’s services for a school trip and got a double-decker bus! What a treat!! The kids were over the moon. For once they had the bus all for themselves! Our driver was kind and polite and the journey to and from the place we visited was extremely smooth. Thank you again for everything: we will definitely use your services again!

If I could have give 0 stars I would have. Booked 3 days in a row. Day 1, coach drives the wrong way. 2 hours into the journey then realises. Arrives at destination 3 hours late. Return journey, parks somewhere else no one knows, he just waits, takes an hour to find him. Day 2, coach arrives 30 minutes late, upon driving to Kimmeridge Bay, the driver goes down the wrong roads in country roads twice, resulting in neededing to do a 3 point turn. Arriving late 3 hours. Return journey, drivers hours means he is not allowed to drive resulting in delay return by 2 and a half hours. (The coach company said we would have 2 separate drivers) Day 3, coach arrives 30 minutes late. 45 minutes away from destination, coach breaks down. Resulting in over 4 hours delay.

Please can you pass my thanks onto Shah our driver from yesterday. Very polite, on time, helpful and picked up from a slightly different address than originally booked last night. Great service and we will definitely use you again in the future.

Outstanding service for my recent wedding. The driver was excellent and went out of his way to help. The booking process was fantastic and they made many last-minute changes. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this business

Do not use this coach service. This company let me down for my wedding with 10 days notice with very little excuse and no alternatives given, they then promised to put my money back in by the end of the day and 5 days later and several phone calls later it still wasn’t in my account which meant I couldn’t arrange anything else for my wedding. Eventually after speaking to a few unhelpful advisors and me having to get quite stern the money appeared in my account no problem even though they said they were having problems transferring it back originally. Will never use again and would avoid at all cost.

We hired The Coachcompany to transport wedding guests from one location in Bristol to the evening venue which was around 5mins away. We found the company very helpful and advised on the correct Transport for our needs. this was all to happen on May 1st a Bank Holiday. The whole experience was carried out with no fuss and the driver on the day was very obliging. We would recommend this company for coach hire. Robert Hughes

Avoid at all costs. I would literally give 0 stars if possible. I’d booked with them to provide a service for my sisters wedding, and they cancelled it one week before. They gave different excuses for why it was cancelled and told me they searched 300 companies and couldn’t possibly provide the service at such late notice. They gave no compensation or apologies, and still haven’t refunded the money over a week later. Absolutely appalling.

Avoid this company! My experience with the Coach company was not at all positive. We had booked this company for all the positive reviews and the experience they pride themselves on the website with school pickups and thoroughly screening their drivers. We had a group of 16 minors for which I had booked this service for. I am afraid to say we were very let down, as none of what was stated on their website was at all experienced by us! Because of lack of timely communication and the resources, the coaches were old and very dusty and not even sanitized to Covid standards! 4 days prior to the service I was informed that the coach we had hired had had an accident and had been replaced with a more expensive one (an additional £250) we decided to go ahead. I have noticed that other reviews had the same issue! The coach that performed the service was not a coach but two old 8 seaters vehicles. I was not informed about this, and no one gave me the second driver’s details. Also, the second vehicle arrived 15 minutes later. On the return journey, scheduled for a Sunday, I received a series of confusing email messages from 1pm onwards saying that the driver had changed. Not one but two drivers were changed on the same day! We were also informed by one of these drivers that the coach he was driving had some fault and he had to return it to the depot, this was just an hour before the agreed pick-up time, which therefore resulted in the next coach to arrive 45 minutes later than what was agreed for. Again, a delay not only on the 1st service but also on the 2nd service! The coach again was not a brand new one and not at all what was agreed in the contract we had agreed to. I asked for a refund and were offered a £300 voucher for the validity of one year but after the experience we had we are not going to use their services anymore!

Friendly advisor when I initially rang who managed to seamlessly arrange travel for 20 people at last minutes notice. The coach driver was very nice, amenable and nothing was too much trouble. Very patient too!! Friendly service all round and would definitely use the Coach Company again

Having used this company a few years ago successfully, I decided to stick with them in booking a minibus for our annual trip to Ascot. I booked 6 months in advance, and then a couple of months before was told that we had to pay more due to the increase in petrol prices. Although this was £63, we decided to go with it as it is tough for businesses at the moment, especially those in the travel sector. Paid the full balance 3 weeks before our booking, and then 3 DAYS before the booking I received a phone call to say the minibus we were going to be using had been in an accident, and if we wanted them to get another one in it was going to cost us a further £80. Spoke to numerous people in the company and they weren't willing to engage in discussion, it was just take a refund or pay the price. Fortunately, I managed to find alternative transport. Phoned them that afternoon and they said the refund would be issued the following morning. Emailed the next day asking for confirmation, but received no response. Just called them 1 week later, to be told there was an oversight and the refund hadn't been processed but would be tomorrow morning! Avoid at all costs. Seems to me like a business that's not got long left...

The Coach Company in the person of Bjorg has been amazing with the services provided. They have been able to arrange all the transfers I needed with a very short notice with huge professionality. I strongly recommend to contact them to book group transfers!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a coach for Glastonbury festival months ago and had that all secured. A lot of planning has gone into this on our side. Our biggest regret is trusting The Coach Company with our plans. 4 days before the booking they cancel our trip because the coach has supposedly broken down. No acceptance of responsibility and no acceptable efforts made to provide a solution. We had so many calls with them allowing for plenty of opportunity to offer a reasonable solution but they were not interested. They sent us a quote for more than double the price. Avoid.

I have used The Coach Company for 30-seat coach transport of casual staffing on several occasions in between stadia Birmingham and London to support matches and overall services were highly professional with swift response and well organized. Cancelled a 50 seater 3 days before it’s going and won’t give a refund until after the booking. Managers are rude and unhelpful and their staff are incompetent morons. Avoid at all costs.

Coach was on time for both journeys and accommodated all our needs. Dave from the coach company helped us to secure the minibus and also make payment. I will definitely use the coach company when arranging my next day out.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I would never book through them again. To begin with all seemed well as I needed to book transport for 9 people including 9 hand luggage and suitcases. The original quote price to Heathrow airport and back was pretty fair. A member of the party dropped out so I contacted the Coach Company letting them know there will be 8 travelling instead of 9. Somehow this meant we now needed a bigger vehicle which cost another £200. How does that make sense? One of the many operators I spoke to during this time thought I was getting married on the taxi journey down to Heathrow airport. I wasn’t (I told them I was getting married abroad), so really confused as to why they kept mentioning about me getting married on a flipping taxi/coach. Next I was contacted as we needed to pay an extra sum of money due to fuel increases. By this point I had already payed the balance of the trip in full. We received no details of the actual company who would be fulfilling our journey to the airport or back from the airport the following week. On the return journey I received a message from a random number on watsapp stating we needed to pay the driver £50 due to late pick up fees due to delays. The driver who was scheduled to pick us up contacted me themselves asking for our flight number and knew before hand there was a 2 and a half hour delay as this was known 9 hours before our new arrival time. However this random number who messaged me stated the driver had been waiting for 3 hours to pick us up hence the added fee. Not sure why they wanted to turn up so early when they had details of the new arrival time. I rang the Coach Company to question this as the random number I received a message from could not be found on Google relating to any travel company. I explain I was not happy to pay more money especially with no trail (proof of purchase, receipts etc) once again extremely unhelpful and did not care. The drivers who drove us to the airport and back from the airport cannot be faulted, nor can the vehicle. However dealing with the Coach Company itself was a nightmare. Each time I needed to call them to make an amendment, (new pick up time, change of travellers) each person I spoke to did not know what they was doing. I would quote my reference number but they kept pulling up jobs which weren’t in my name and for different people. When I wanted to speak to one particular staff member I was told they was on lunch and to call back in 30 minutes. I called back 2 and a half hours later to be told they was on lunch…. What a lovely long lunch they must have. When I stated I was told this over 2 hours ago all of a sudden they connected me to the staff member. None of the workers appear they want to work they, very unprofessional manner, and extremely unhelpful. All they want is more and more money from you. Please please do avoid

ZERO STARS - DO NOT USE - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY SENT WRONG SIZE BUS, DID NOT SEND 2ND JOURNEY DETAILS SO HAD TO SORT ANOTHER TAXI FOR THAT. SEND WRONG TIME PICK UP. RANG 12 TIMES ON THE DAY AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE OR GOT BACK TO ME. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THEY HAVE THE TAXIS, THEY SEND JOB TO OTHER TAXI COMPANIES!
