Refused refund due to Queens passing Lingfield Park cancelled race day. Company will not offer refund or a credit note. Claims department said the driver was paid out for the cancelled journey. On ringing the driver he has said the company did pay him but has now issued a credit note against him to reclaim the money. So the company the are keeping £425 for themselves . I will be seeking recompense in the small claims court. Additionally this disgraceful behaviour will be highlighted throughout social media. Taking advantage of the queens passing in such a manner is just about as low as a company can go.

Adam was super helpful in the planning and changing of our coach times and being able to help us with the booking and everything. Stefan was also amazing when it came to updating the initial plans on the day of the event! 100% would recommend and use again.

Booked for Chester races. I rang after the Queens sad passing and the driver said “oh the coach company has just cancelled due to the races being cancelled. We were willing to travel to Chester for a day out! Emailed the company who replied saying it wasn’t possible to refund per their terms. So I waited for the coach and it never arrived. Look forward to the small claims court to recover my money.

I booked well in advance and paid the agreed price in full also well in advance. Approx 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date they advised they would not proceed on the agreed basis but could/would do the deal if I agreed to pay c 80% more than previously quoted. Understandably I cancelled the arrangement and asked for a full refund of moneys paid. Despite repeated telephone and emailed requests no refund was made and indeed my correspondence was totally ignored. DO NOT USE THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.

From enquiry stage, support and responsiveness was great. Super quick. Adam was very helpful from outset, helping me to different options whilst I finalised my travel plans. Good handover to operations team upon confirming booking. Good communicaiton throughout to ensure plan was on point with driver. We had Sue as our driver, was very lovely and accomodating. Well spent trip in South wales.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with The Coach Company. Melvyn and his colleagues were always on hand if I had any questions. It was a last minute booking and Melvyn found me a luxury coach for my group arriving at T2 Heathrow and needing to be driven to T5 to collect their cars after a flight cancellation. It was easy to book and easy to pay and it all worked very smoothly. Thank you team!

I booked through the coach company for a range of trips for a charity I work with to take some families out, the advisor was so professional and ensured all trips would run as smoothly as possible. The price was really fair. The drivers arrived on time were really friendly and polite. The coaches for all the trips were clean with air conditioning. I would highly recommend the coach company to organise and coordinate trips for large groups.

On the 6th of August, I was disappointed by another company and The coach company (Dan Valentine) came to my rescue. My party was for 212 people to Bournemouth so you could Imagine my frustration. Dan was very helpful and simply amazing. He worked his magic and found the best offer at short notice in less than a week.The drivers allocated to me also didn't disappoint, they were professional, punctual and offered a great service. Thanks to Moe, Alex, Ali and Afsan for making our journey a memorable one. I will surely use this company again.

Great service transporting my wedding guests from the church to reception. Communicated well with me and my best man, arrived promptly and all guests were satisfied too. Were accommodating of me changing the pickup point and drop off location.

We had a fantastic experience with The Coach Company. Despite booking quite last minute, the company were extremely helpful and efficient in taking all details and organising quickly and effectively. The coach arrived on time, was punctual with pick ups and drop offs and the driver was friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly if I could give this company a -10 review I would! I booked a coach with them months ago for Saturday just gone. All seemed legit, thorough and they assured me that we could trust in their service when I stressed the importance of the trip. I checked in with them regularly and they also sent me the details of the driver. Like many other reviews they text me 2 days before to tell me they are no longer able to fulfil my journey unless I paid a HUGE amount extra for a different driver!!! When I called and made the point that I should not be penalised financially for their mistakes and cannot afford to pay so much with such short notice they said I either take it or leave it as they aren’t prepared to pay that much to reschedule (even though they promise they will if there are any issues). This resulted in us frantically looking for another company and unfortunately having to cancel the trip which left everyone attending out of pocket. If you are thinking about using them please don’t chance it. All they can provide is empty promises and apologies! They do not care at all about the stress and anxiety they cause! they have left a huge dent on my brand which is going to be difficult to recover from.

On 27 July I was due to lead a party of 29 people leaving Manchester for Munich. Our flight was cancelled due to strike action by Lufthansa ground crew. Our tour operator tried to arrange a charter flight and this was to leave from Stansted. I rang The Coach Company and within minutes Melvyn had found a bus operator and came back with a quote. I cannot speak too highly of the help Melvyn gave in making the arrangements. Sadly, by the time we reached Stansted our holiday had been cancelled. The next morning Melvyn assisted us again in finding a mini-bus for the 12 people who needed to return to MManchester. Again nothing seemed too much trouble, and the bus was again arranged at short notice. Both buses came as planned and fulfilled the journeys we had booked. Thank you, Melvyn, you are a star, Tricia

Don't fall into the trap whit this company. They cancel our hired UK transportation services already paid fully in advance 4 weeks before our arrival arguing that... they don't have the buses!!! Unexisting customer service, once they charge you never respond to an email or call. Still trying to get my money back from this fake company.....

I required a some transport/mini bus for a corporate event at very last minute, having called a few companies who could not help me I referred to the coach company who could assist! Whilst the fee was not the cheapest, they did save the day, thank you!
