The minibus arrived absolutely on time both going and returning. The driver was polite at all times. Given the fact that the trip was on a weekend, and we were collected to return home at 12.30am, the price was perfectly reasonable. Thoroughly recommended.

I booked a coach to take wedding guests from my ceremony to the reception. What turned up was a dirty 'white' london bus with damp sandy seats, dirty floors, hastily cellotaped paper signage from a recent school trip and an unprofessional driver who simply responded'I dunno' when asked who he was booked for. I wrote a complaint for which I had to chase a reply multiple times. Zero apology, but notes saying the depo had cleaned the vehicle that morning - an absolute lie. I wish I'd taken more photos, but it was hardly my priority on my own wedding day. I am disgusted with not only the service on the day, but even more so, the sheer lack of apology or any follow up. I am still chasing compensation.

Would be a 0. They took payment for a coach that’s less than two weeks away, despite the coach and driver that we had agreed upon (2 days prior!!) not being available. And it isn’t like they didn’t know. 2 minutes after making payment for almost £2000 they said that there was a problem and they’re looking for a driver. So why would they take payment? So now I can’t even book a much needed alternative myself because I’m waiting for a refund around the holiday time. Their quoted alternative was almost double the price I had paid a deposit and full amount for. Felt like I was being scammed. Terrible experience that’s caused a lot of stress. Communication was lacking, the refund should have been refunded at that instance of me calling to make payment instead of me paying for something that didn’t exist. Wouldn’t advise you booking at all.

I used this company for the first time as I looked at their reviews. Well they are fantastic from start to finish. Booking with Dave Gallaugher was simple, I kept receiving emails with updates as to progress of booking, and mobile number of driver who would be taking us on our Christmas company day out. The Coach Company helped us out at the last minute when another coach company had let us down at the very last minute. We thought we might have to cancel the school trip, which would have been such a disappointment. The Coach Company's service from initial enquiry to the actual school trip was above and beyond. The booking was sorted out speedily and efficiently. The coach driver, Gerry, was fantastic. Our school pupils have special needs and he was not at all phased by a student who didn't want to sit down. Gerry remained calm throughout and allowed staff to deal with the situation. We will definitely be using The Coach Company again on future school trips. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Christmas Party The coach was booked to take us to our Christmas Party it was a 24 seater, it was a really nice coach and clean the driver was friendly & polite. We would definitely use this company again and it was reasonably priced.

Service from start to finish was great. I was sent the drivers contact details a couple of days before and arrived early so I didn't have to panic about him not turning up. Safe journey to the O2 and he was there and waiting for us exactly where expected when we finished up. Coach was clean and comfortable

We had a great experience with the coach company. They arranged all our travel for us. Their communication is great. They send confirmation and reminders. They double check all the information with you just before travel. And their prices are great! 11/10 experience. We will definitely be using them again!

The team both before and during the journey were really helpful and accommodating. Everyone understood the unique challenges of our situation really well and helped to provide a service that still fit those, especially Pete Barnes who was really helpful with the back and forth over our logistical requirements.

Brilliant Service! The Coach Company were brilliant from start to finish.... They updated us at every step of our journey and even sent us the drivers details on the day and he was very accommodating and pleasant. Everything we could have wished for our journey.....
