Having the lift installed means that we can stay in the home that we love. Many thanks.

I am so happy I had this lift installed I could not manage to get upstairs without it. The after service is excellent can’t recommend highly enough it’s worth every penny.

Its a great lift, just like living in a bungalow, its so convenient. We couldn't live here in our house without it.

I have nothing but praise for my lift which is now 2 years old from its installation to the help it gives me to go up to bed. I did get stuck in it once when I overloaded with myself and a heavy suitcase. It stopped coming down from the upper floor after travelling about a foot. I did panic a bit especially when the alarm went off but then remembered that I was told fortunately that I could take the door off and then could step out. I calmed down after that, read the instructions and ll was rectified. I am due a service if you could contact me please

As my wifes illness progressed the lift became a vital piece of equiptment for going upstairs. My wife is now in a care home but I still find it useful for carrying the heavier items upstairs.Although we only used the lift for my wife I regard it as a very good investment

I love my lift. I bought it when my husband was very ill, sadly he died before he could really use it - but I use it for coal (my living room is upstairs and I have a spiral staircase), washing, furniture - anything that is heavy or difficult to carry upstairs. And of course, maybe one day I’ll need it for health reasons. The service was exemplary from first meeting, through installation to right now, including three times when I’ve had to ring the emergency number, I think each time was a problem with my electricity but it was excellent that someone answered and put me on to an engineer who solved the problem over the phone, but would have come out if needed.

We have installed two Stiltz lifts, one from lower ground to ground floor and one from ground floor to first. Both installations were carried out efficiently and quickly by the building and installation teams, coping with both timber and concrete beam flooring. Exactly on schedule, precisely as specified both installations are now almost two years old. The only minor maintenance incident was reported at 3pm, within 20 minutes we had discussed it with an engineer who then travelled from Birmingham and we were fully serviceable by 5.30pm that day - on a Friday! These lifts have made a dramatic difference due to my wife's mobility issues. Perfect!

Truly brilliant ! We have a Stilz lift in our granny annex for my disabled mother in a wheelchair and this has transformed her world as now she can go upstairs to a proper bed in the bedroom. Easy to install, space efficient and truly superb.

Love the lift which connects our kitchen to the garage below where I have the washing machine and dryer. As we are 'getting on' it seemed a good investment for the future and enables us to get to the garage, car, garden without using the outside steps especially in the winter. However, having had it two years we still have a major issue; every time one of us uses it the internet goes down for several minutes and the radios all crackle. The radios are a minor problem but the internet problem is really annoying . Stiltz say they have never come across this and the internet provider says it's not their problem. Does anyone else have this issue?

I had a Stiltz Duo lift installed a few years ago so that my husband (80+) could carry on living in our home and I could fulfill my promise that he wouldn't spend his final years in a care home. What a difference it made to the quality of life for both of us; he had dementia and was not able to walk very far but we travelled in the lift together and would usually sing to each other on the short journey. It was an adventure that he loved. From the start of the process with the initial survey through to completion of the installation the team were helpful, courteous and efficient. My husband died earlier this year and I will be moving house in the Spring of next year. I am in my mid 70s and, as I become infirm with advancing age, I hope I will be able to install a lift in my new home - so much nicer than a stair lift.

The team were polite, responsive to our needs. My property was respected and my input was respected. The above comments apply to all of the stff i.e. sales and serviceing teams as well. I honstly cannot think where you could improve. my comments are made from the perspective of a Chartered Surveyor(retired)

Our Through-Lift was initially installed the wrong way round so when the maintenance engineer attempted to carry out the first service he was unable to access the working parts. Consequently the lift had to be reinstalled correctly. It works OK but the remote controllers have to be pressed very precisely and very hard to bring the lift up or down.

Life would be impossible without the lift. It is so much better than a stair lift. We had an "incident" soon after the lift had been installed. Rapid Response Vehicle, Paramedic's the lot. They were able to take the patient out to the Ambulance in a wheel chair. No problem.

It's great with only one down side in that it's difficult for disabled wife too hold the button all the time during travel.
