We have the lift an excellent choice as Mrs Kenworthy had a fall and fractured her pelvis, making it impossible for her to use the stairs. The result of having the lift is that for her she stills has a two storey house instead if a bungalow. The lift is great for transporting laundry between the two floors and has been used to take dining chairs downstairs. Our only problem was sorted promptly when a guide rail was replaced.

Very good lift fits like a dream even in my living room, the fitters were very clean and no mess to clean up afterwards, five stars to them. Th only problem was the wait between ordering and it being fitted, so book early early.
The below issues are solved but after 2 months of extra waiting for the part to arrive from overseas, now the lift is finally working the way it should be, with the long waiting and many communications and explanation, I can confirm that it is not the easiest job to reach this stage though, however I give A+ for their good and responsible technical team ------------------------------------------------------------ The complained issues After almost one year of waiting for this company's lift to be ordered and arrive from China, finally they come to install it, when they said it is all finished they left the main electrical cable dangled loose from the top to the base of it, and untighten screws of the middle main cover. low quality all over
The lift is well made and comfortable. It fits well into area where we had it installed and has been much admired It works very efficiently. It is serviced annually and gives no trouble. A great help to both of us.
Mostly very satisfied with the performance but occasionally it jolts. Sometimes it will start off and jolt in a way that makes you think it is going to drop down but it fairly quickly corrects itself. If you were of a nervous disposition it would frighten the life out of you. Nevertheless very glad to have it installed for use on my bad days.
Best thing we ever did. Having put our house on the market to buy a bungalow and being unable to find one at the right price, in the right condition and more importantly in the right semi rural area we researched alternatives. Stair lifts did not appeal - slow and old fashioned !!! our one person Stiltz Duo fits nearly behind the door in our lounge and straight up into the bedroom. It can be sent packing upstairs if the footprint of the lift is required when we have company. Another bonus is that it cost us around the same amount as it would have done to pay agency fees and solicitors and removal costs without having to have the upheaval of moving house, decorating and recarpeting. Win win win.

My Stiltz lift is great. Purchased due to difficulty with steep stairs in my house and arthritic knees. It is also great for taking the vacuum cleaner up and down stairs and other bulky things eg. washing. The lift is quick, smooth and quiet.

Installation good apart from driving a nail thru central heating pipe.. Lift is still working well after 19 months, Stiltz admin is very below par. Terrible problems with the guarantee. Never been near me to service the lift which they could very easily done between lockdowns. It seems to me that they just want your money and then they will run. The admin of the company needs a bomb under it.
This is an excellent company . I was scammed by another “local company “ and in spite of legal intervention I was left with£3000 still owing when they “ went bankrupt “.STILTZ came - polite . Professional . Trustworthy. Efficient. Perfect lift installation. It has never gone wrong. . It is easy to use . It has transformed my mother’s life and meant she can stay in her own home and happily use lift . It takes up a tiny space . Has 24 on call helpline inside the lift . For us it has been miraculous. Our Stiltz Homelift has been an absolute God send! Installed nearly two years ago, we don't knw how we would have been able to stay in the house that we love. In addition to helping with my disability needs, my wife is recovering from a hip replacement. Whilst she waited for her operation to take place, the Stiltz Homelift offered an extra bonus!
Excellent piece of kit and very pleased to have it. The installers were great and cleaned up very well after themselves. We had one slight problem with a light fitting that was affected at installation but that was attended to promptly and efficiently. Would, and will, and have already recommended to others, (and have received a recommendation reward) Cant say anything bad about the company or service or equipment.
