Very satisfied -minor hiccup overcome rapidly

I’m happy with my lift. I purchased it without seeing one in action due to lockdown. It’s very neat and works well. I would out 2 things that I hadn’t appreciated. Firstly, you have to press and hold the lift button throughout the journey. Also there is a 10cm ish step up into the duo plus lift which could be an issue for some. I found the sales process good and low pressure. The pricing is bespoke rather than from a published list. The installers were excellent. Tidy, polite and hard working. Can’t fault them. However, there was a problem with the wrong door being delivered. It has taken 3 attempts over a couple of months to try and put this right. I’ve had to chase this up repeatedly and was disappointed to be contacted for things like extending my warranty whilst waiting for the installation to be completed. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I was also given some contradictory advice on whether my lift could be extended in the future. Overall a good product that will make a big difference in my life and looks much better than rival products. Some after sales niggles that could be improved.

Very happy with the whole process for ordering, installing and using the lift. I have progressive arthritis in my knees and so the lift has enabled me to stay in my house. The initial contact with Stiltz was friendly and when the salesman visited there was no pressure to get a larger lift than I needed. Once I placed my order I was given regular updates and when Stilz came to actually install the lift, it was installed with little fuss and I was left with a very clean installation. Everyone I met was Covid compliant. I am very happy with the lift and I hope to be using for years to come

Good design fairly easy to install but quite expensive

This is a brilliant invention, I love my lift. Workmen were efficient, friendly, and tidy!

My lift has made such a difference. It means I can stay in my home with no worries about having to move as my disabilities increase. The whole project from start to finish was excellent and well managed . The product is very good and in my opinion the service is second to none. An excellent company to deal with, everybody I have dealt with within the company has been very professional and helpful. I would recommend Stiltz to anybody.

We had our Stiltz lift installed in January 2018. After a few glitches with some sensors and Stiltz sending out a company representative the lift worked as designed. My wife and I use it primarily to carry items to the main floor of our house from the basement garage. We also used it for our 13 year old dog who had bone cancer and was unable to climb stairs. We also use if for elderly visitors to our house who have problems with climbing stairs. We have been satisfied with our lift and would purchase it again. We have had no problems with it since around the fall of 2018 when one of the remotes failed to work. Stiltz sent out someone to get the remote working. Since then it has worked quite well and we are pleased with the lift, the independent install company from Nashville and Stiltz.

Lift is brilliant, lack of building certificate despite numerous requests and lift being in place since 2017 is atrocious. Don’t bother trying to complain as their complaints procedure doesn’t work, and their email address garners zero response.

An excellent lift, well made and installed without a fuss, Just a pity the backup administration is not as good as the lift.

A WORTHY INVESTMENT WHICH HAS ADDED A NEW DIMENSION TO MY LIVING.

We have had a Stiltz Lift for 4 years and haven't had any problems with it at all. We have had the annual service each year. We have recommended the lift to friends and several people have been to see it and have gone on to invest in a Stiltz Lift. It is very reassuring to know that we can stay in the family home for as long as we want to and use all the rooms easily. It is also very useful to carry things upstairs and bring heavy items like suitcases downstairs. A great buy, thank you.

I am so pleased to have a Stiltz lift. It makes my life much easier. At nearly 93 I have a certain amount of difficulties but manage to live a near normal life. There are days when moving round the house would be difficult without the lift and I always appreciate it. A small problem is the usage of the button system to make the lift work. I find that it requires quite an effort sometimes to apply enough pressure,and to keep that pressure going, but I expect that is caused by the ‘operator’ not the lift itself. Thank you Stiltz!
