It took 12 weeks to get it but the delivery was well communicated well and efficient. They sent me many swatches to look at before I made my decision. I was reluctant to purchase something like this online because I didn't get a chance to sit on it and feel it. But the sectional fit absolutely perfect and the family loves it. It is built well too. Very satisfied. They lose a star for slow email response when I had questions. I found it best to call and talk to a live person.

Lane furniture has always been the choice for me ever since i was a kid. Sofa group is large and the quality is exactly what i expected.

Sofa group arrived damaged during the shipping but the company was able to have a technician do the repairs to the one leg that broke in my home. Took about 2 days to schedule but the furniture looks beautiful and is being enjoyed by us everyday.

Buying this way is not a simple process but the effort for me was worth the reward. The time it took for the swatches and delivery was around 6-7 weeks and my sales associate Ian was helpful. I ordered Southern Motion largely because my research showed it to be the best option for a recliner sofa set and was not fond of any of the Lane or Catnapper options. The site was extremely easy to navigate, but could be more informative. There is no area that describes what the mechanisms are for clarification purposes.
