From the first person to whom I spoke, to the final person who helped me, my experience was GREAT! The sofa, love seat and rocker/recliner are very comfortable and fit perfectly in the space I measured for them. All information was accurate on the website, so I got exactly what I expected. While there were a few glitches with the delivery service, my furniture did arrive on the day I was told, and it was just later in the evening, which was not a problem. The exact same furniture was on sale at one of the major warehouse stores for more than I paid at Sofas and Sectionals which made me happy! If I ever need new furniture, I will not hesitate looking FIRST at Sofas and Sectionals.

Mix Up with our address though. We ordered from one address and then we moved to another address and I gave both addresses to the first person we talked to when I ordered it and they didn't to follow it so anyway good job though

I searched all over for a quality leather sofa that was big enough for my husband to stretch out on for a nap (over 6 feet tall) be comfy without beibg squashy, & be made well - of course hoping against hope that it couldbe at a price I could afford (We were replacing a very high quality Nituzze leather couch purchase 20 years ago & ruined in storage by water damage, whilst building our home-argh!) Sofas and Sectionals was the ONLY place that had what I wanted at an incredible price & my searching paid off. They delivered it with "white glove service", sending nice, competent, polite delivery men to our home to bring it in & set it up. Everyone mentions how beautiful it is, my husband can now happily snooze, & I love the firm seats that don't kill my back. THANKS!!!!

Ordering process was fine. got the sample swatches within 3 days. But after placing order, took 8 weeks to manufacture... (expected). Then, they charged the remainder half once when ready to ship.... Then the nightmare comes... Waited for 2 weeks and called. They said it's on the way. Waited 2 weeks more and still no one called for delivery. Finally, I contacted the home delivery co. and waited for 2 more weeks. So expect to wait for a long time to receive the sofa, after final payment.

Total disorganization! What was to be six weeks max ended up being twelve! The company never kept me abreast of actions. After six weeks I CONTACTED them only to find out the manufacturer hadbshut down briefly! ! I had to continually contact for updates. I was never so frustrated and disappointed in my life. The product looks nice but for the price it was NOT worth the twelve week wait!

I ordered the sofa on line. It came when it was promised. The delivery team was excellent!

Great sectional at the best price.

Bill was my sales rep. After he sent me the fabric swatches I requested he made a follow up phone call to make sure I had received them which I really appreciated, and I placed my order with him at that time. I really liked the EMail every 2 wks advising that the order was in the works and progressing in a timely manner. It was delivered and set up in my home really quickly upon completion at the factory. The fabric is beautiful and my 6'4" husband is very happy to have a sturdy comfortable chair made for a big and tall man.

Spoke with the rep about what I wanted and he was attentive, professional and accommodating. I was concerned the order would not arrive when needed, as I was having company, but he pretty much promised it would be there in plenty of time. The shippers called in advanced, gave me a date and time frame and all went as planned. Got our Broyhill sleeper sofa and love seat on time, the delivery guys brought it in and all is good.

First time to buy a couch online. I live in downtown Chicago and found this to be my best option. Great service!

guess most important was charging credit card fast to bad service was as fast took 8weeks came with cracked legs delivery men said legs would be ordered an crew would be out to replace them have called you and delivery service just get run around it has been another 5 weeks since delivery

I am very pleased with my purchase - the couch is absolutely beautiful. The service I received from the Company was also acceptable - but what wasn't acceptable was the lack of communication! My couch was to be here the first of June (based on what Sofas & Sectionals told me!)....instead, it sat in a warehouse from 5/22 until 7/1....with me having to search it down and call daily! Then it came in 2 shipments so I had half of a sofa until the end of July when the final piece came. Again, the communication from Customer Service to Shipping Company to Me was terrible! I love the couch but next time I'll purchase local to avoid the frustrations!

We purchased Lane furniture and we love it. Quality awesome. With the exception of third party delivery issues our experience was wonderful.

As some other comments here, this was the first time I ordered sofa on-line. I am satisfied with my purchase. I spent some time browsing on their website as I wanted a pull out sofa with good quality fabric and mattress.The site has variety of fabric options as far as design and quality and price points and is easy to use. After purchasing the confirmation email followed up, same when product got shipped out. There were no surprises and I was very pleased about that. Sofa arrived on time and was in expected quality. It is on a firmer side. I wish I could have tried it before purchasing, but this is the same risk you take as with any other purchase online. I am using it for a month now and it didn't disappoint in any way. The construction is solid. The delivery people handled it great - they first came to see what way would be best access to bring it in, then bringing up the piece didn't take long for two guys that delivered it. Overall I am very pleased with my new sofa and would buy again from Sofas and Sectionals !

Quality was my most important consideration when I decided to purchase new living room furniture. After a lot of research I decided that furniture by Palliser was my choice. Palliser sectionals and recliners are not inexpensive, but as the old saying goes "You Get What You Pay For". I placed a phone call to Sofas and Sectionals and spoke to Rob Slayden . I had decided on a Palliser Durant sectional and recliner but I was unsure of the material choice. I had a few choices to decide on. Rob was helpful by sending 4 different material swatches to help me make a decision. I received the swatches 2 days after our phone conversation. I made another phone call and spoke to Rob again. The sectional layout that I needed to fit my living room was not a standard layout. With Rob's help I was able to to order the individual sections that I desired. I placed my order for my sectional and recliner and six weeks to the day I received it. I am very pleased with Sofas and Sectionals and Rob Slayden one of their furniture specialists. They offer many brands, but by purchasing Palliser furniture from Sofas and Sectionals I saved a lot of money because Palliser is not discounted at a retail store and you still have to wait for your furniture to be custom built. Overall, I had a great shopping experience.

This is the first time I have ordered a sofa on-line and I am happy with my purchase. I trusted the Rowe sofa brand for quality and Sofa and Sectionals was easy to order from. The sofa looks great in my home and is very comfortable. The only negative comment is that the delivery people were "like bulls in a china shop" and bent my outside light fixture as they were bringing the sofa into my home. However, I am pleased with the sofa and was overall, very happy with my shopping experience at Sofas and Sectionals.
