The back cushions of my new sofa, both left and right, have excess unsupported material. In other words, there is no cushion to support the fabric covering on the ends of the sofa. All pictures I've seen and actual McKinney Sofas I've sat on don't have this problem. Looks like the covers are too large for the actual cushion. Other than this and the long delivery time, I have no other adverse comments.
The couch took 7 weeks to arrive, which is much too long. I will say it was worth the wait. The couch is absolutely gorgeous. It is fantastically made and the 6 inch memory foam pullout queen bed is high-quality and absolutely worth the money. I am very happy with this purchase!
In February, 2015, I ordered a Broyhill leather couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman online from sofasandsectionals.com. Their price was $1500 better than the local Broyhill Factory Showroom store in NW Florida. Candidly, I was a bit apprehensive to make a significant online purchase, but the price and convenience was just too good. The local dealer did not have the couch in stock in any color and I had to beg the salesman with two phone calls to get a price….once again…$1500 more than the very clearly posted online price at sofasandsectionals.com! The online confirmations and ongoing communication was very good and the shipping company called to make delivery arrangements. All this was right on target for the anticipated ETA and yesterday everything was delivered in perfect order. Great care was taken to protect each piece and there were three very professional delivery men to complete the final placement in my home. In closing, I will say that my 25 years in retail management has made me a rather hard to please customer and I could not be happier with my entire experience.
This in a lengthy review and I hope you read it completely. I had great customer service while placing my order with Tom. He was very professional. We had a house fire so my sofas were to be made and then shipped once I gave the go ahead. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I received an e-mail that my sofas had shipped so I called and spoke with customer service and they said that they had just shipped from the Texas location to Colorado where they would stay till I called for them to ship to Utah. Well a few week late I received a call from a shipping company in a nearby town that said my sofas were ready for delivery. I explained the situation and he had no idea. I responded to an e-mail I received from (NAME) explaining the situation and this was his response. This was dated February 5th 2015. (Hi Melanie, We found out from Lodeso this morning that you had a house fire & can’t accept delivery of your two Broyhill items. I first want to apologize for what happened & hope you find something comfortable within the next couple months. Now, regarding your furniture at the local dock. We can certainly have Lodeso hold it for you, which is approximately $3.00 per day. Options, per management: - We can have those two items stored for you & split the storage fee - We can cancel & have them shipped back, however there would be a re-stocking fee of $325.00, or if you would like to re-select when you’re settled in to your new home, the fee would be $225.00. Please advise how you would like to proceed. Thank you. Regards, (NAME) Customer Service Representative (SENSITIVE INFORMATION - CONTACT DETAILS) This was my response the same day. ( I don’t understand why I have to pay any charges when they should never have been shipped in the first place. When I placed the order with (NAME) he assured me that they would be made which would take 6-8 weeks and then stay in the warehouse until I called to have them sent. Our house fire was in August and I ordered the sofas the end of November hoping we would be in by February, but we had to jump through our local county hoops and there was many delay as the insurance wanted second opinions on everything. Eventually the house had to be totally demolished and hauled away. They are framing now and the soonest I see us getting in is April. If Ledeso held them that’s like 90 dollars a month. I got an e-mail a few weeks ago that concerned me because they said shipped on my invoice. I called and talked to another gentleman in Texas and he said they were just shipping to Colorado where they would stay until I called. So I am very frustrated right now because of this mess. Please explain why this is okay) I never heard back from (NAME) and the company holding my sofas really wanted them out of their warehouse so I had to find a place to put them. Then on March 2, 2015 I received this e-mail. (Melanie I apologize for not getting back to you more quickly on this. I apologize for the confusion on the storage fees, we will not be assessing those to you. I did check and this was supposed to be held until you were finished rebuilding. Again, my deepest apologies. I will note to follow up with you in April and work with you until you are ready for the delivery. Thank you for your business and have a good rest of the week. (NAME) One month from the first e-mail. I really hope this is not normal customer service. I know this situation was different, buy still not handled with the care that it deserved. Less than 1 month & my seems are splitting on my leather sectional...in so disappointed...when u spend thousands of dollars you expect to be happy...there was problems &!delays with the delivery but I overlooked all that...I will not be ordering from this company any more!!!!
I bought 2 identical recliners to flank my fireplace. One looks great, but the other has a weird seat cushion. It has a hump in the middle.
I ordered a recliner in Dec for Christmas. Was to be delivered in ten working days. Never came. Was never contacted. I started calling them and emailing and they were to get back to me. Never did. Called & emailed again. Finally in February I cancelled my order. Guess what? The recliner showed up at my door a week later!!!!!! about eight weeks late. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Received my sofa on time. The delivery company was great. They unpacked and assembled my sofa expediently.I don't think I paid for white glove delivery but that's what I got.The quality of sofa was top notch.The fabric had the perfect color to match my decor. Ive bought Broyhill sofas in the past ,and its first rate. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend friends and family to"Sofa and Sectionals "
I ordered several sectional pieces to suite my living room. I never order anything from a company without doing my research first, however for some reason this time I did. I just ordered it up and about 2 days later I started looking at reviews. I was very nervous as I found many different sites with bad reviews (most of which had to do with delivery times). However I am VERY pleased and I would order from Sofas and Sectionals again. The furniture is fantastic, I love it all. I also read all the information about their delivery and how it takes about 6 to 8 weeks from the time of ordering (I think people didn't read this). They delivered to me at about 9 weeks, but that is because of all the snow that Massachusetts got hit with and they called to let me know what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

It took 3 weeks to ship. I thought that was ridiculous. I feel like they say it shipped just tlso they have a few extra weeks to get it to you. Then when it finally came I was out of town and the furniture compnay made it a huge deal that I wasn't going to be available the day they wanted to ship it. I had to have someone come over and let them in. I wasn't able to inspect it properly and that bothered me. The couch is nice though. We like it. I just hope it hold up. I dont have another 13 weeks to wait for a new one.
Great didnt csre for the delivery company though. I thought they were going tobhurt themselves. They didnt take the door off or measure. Scraped the wall and door handle. They didnt use belts.
I had a good experience dealing with Sofas & Sectionals. They addressed all the questions I had and I was very comfortable buying on-line without physically seeing the recliner I purchased. I spent many days looking for a recliner in my local area and sat in many but no one had a genuine leather - high back recliner. I also searched the web for quite a while and couldn't find one from 1) an American company, 2) genuine leather, 3) high back, and 4) a rocker / recliner until I found Sofas & Sectionals. I do recommend Sofas & Sectionals for great furniture. Just beware of shipping times - see 'cons' below. Pros: Professional, courteous, helpful, fair price, free shipping. Cons: No ability to get detailed shipping info. When notified that the item shipped there's no estimated delivery date and no way to get one. It took 5 weeks for my recliner to be made and 4 weeks for it to be delivered. The only shipping info you can get is "it's been turned over to the shipper", they don't even know when it leaves the shipping dock and have no idea when it may arrive to your local delivery company.

This was my first and last time I ever purchase furniture on line! Or I should say from Sofa and Sectional. I purchased a sectional sofa the first week of August and did not receive it until December. I was given so many numbers to contact and track it, however not one person was honest enough to tell me they didn't know where it was or if it was even completed. After waiting so long I spoke with the delivery people, who didn't know and always promised to call me back, which they didn't. I then preceded to contact Sofa Sectional (the person who originally sold it to me), he stated that he would personally stand behind the person who was researching the whereabouts of the sofa, and contact me back the next day. They then promised I would at least get it by Thanksgiving, and it never arrived. They scheduled a delivery for December without contacting me, and then stated that they did not have any trucks to deliver it. I did not receive it by Thanksgiving! I finally received it in December. I was promised that they would set up the sofa, and take all boxes with them. They did not want to set it up, but help my husband do it. They left all the huge boxes at my home. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would NEVER trust this company ever again. I would not usually write a bad review because I realize that things happen. However this company was not honest with what they promised, and work with some very unreliable delivery companies.
The sofa I ordered was not a special order, Waited over 2 months to receive my sofa. Never received a call,text, or Email.
We have used Franklin recliners for over 20 years and for some reason are becoming hard to find in much of a variety in our area ( Northerh Virginia). Patrick was most helpful with our selection and even contacted Franklin to see if they would consider installing heat on our new recliner. That has been the big selling point for us because my husband has numeras lower back problems and not only sit in the recliner but sleeps in it as well.Franklin refused to install heat so it was particually galling to find a card attached to the recliner proclamingthe benefits of the heat in the lower back section of the chair. We will use Sofas & Sectionals again. Not sure about Franklin.
Had some confusion with a pop up while ordering and ended up ordering twice but they got my order right and I love the ottoman.
